Michelin missed a restaurant: Il Ronco in Roncobilaccio! A tiny spot on the map perhaps, but in real, a restaurant that deserves attention! The quality of the food is absolutely fabulous! Everything home made and so delicious. The owners are the best hosts you can imagine. Passion is the word!

The restaurant on ALL counts is fantastic..... The decor was elegant and the seating well spread out and spacious. The lady who came to take the order came equipped with a hand translator so that we could understand the various ingredients in each selection. The food itself was great, in presentation, taste, presentation and flavours. There is also a small... More

Its a little place off the motorway. Lovely pasta, meat and wine. Great service. You can get a long way if you speak a little Italian.

Rather than stop at the services, why not drive off A1 and down a few mins into the village for lunch at il Ronco. Staff are really friendly and the food us delicious - all fresh and super value. We stop here every year on our way to Tuscany.

This is a bit of a cheats review as I haven't to Il Ronco for years but I have been recommending it to friends and family ever since I first visited and from what they tell me I am confident that my initial views are unchanged. Some years back we were driving on a very hot day from Florence to... More

In a remote location, but with a welcome as we rarely meet and with an endless menu giving the opportunity to tour local area. We all know pizza, pasta and Italian meats but we rarely taste them prepared with as much finesse and authenticity ... !!! Caution: Do not leave this restaurant without trying the "pizza dolce alla nutella" as... More
