Once again, the food was excellent, service was impeccable and evening was great! Pasta has always been perfectly cooked; Garlic bread and Bruschetta is the best anywhere!

A favorite of my wife and her family long before i came on the scene. We go a few times a year, and honestly its hard to compare the value and quality with other places. We both love Italian food and like that we've finally found a place that can scratch with itch with food that compares with some of... More

Hidden away, this little place has great food. It is a very casual environment - a bit stark and plain looking, but the food is all made fresh and it delicious and that makes up for it. Portions are great. Service has been hit and miss.

We have just moved into the area and have been trying out a few restaurants. After a previously disappointing visit to a "pasta Bar" we were blown away by the quality of the food and service in this little restaurant. Its small and the décor is ok, but the service and food are outstanding ...We shared a scallops appetiser in... More

On the recommendation of a friend we all went for dinner here. It was perfect, the waiting staff helpful & friendly. The food amazing at a decent price. Even on my low carb diet I found a perfect dish with the help of a substitution or two. We will definitely be going back.

Quaint setting. Delicious food! Decent wine list for a small place. Salad and bread included with entrees. Try the benacki - delish!

Let's be clear, not all Italian restaurants serve food that taste anything like what they cook in Italy. Many of them cater too much to Canadian tastes. That might be what some people want, but I'm always looking for Italian food that reminds me of the great meals I've had in Italy during my travels. Marciano's Pasta Café cooks great... More

Last Sunday (6/26) my wife and I along with our daughter and son-in- law had dinner at Marciano's to celebrate our 45th Anniversary. My wife and I had been to Marciano's for dinner several years ago and although we had an excellent meal that night we had not returned our daughter and son-in-law it was their first visit. As was... Basement restaurant with entrance at the rear of 5 Mill Street in Waterdown, Ontario, which is now a part of Hamilton. This is a small restaurant that has approximately a dozen tables and is usually full for dinner service only. Quaint, subdued atmosphere but don't let that fool you. What is saved on decor is spent on fresh ingredients to make delicious Italian food. The Veal Iataliano is to die for, stuffed with sausage and coverd in a delicious wild mushroom sauce. The Chicken Pecan with a Baileys cream sauce is equally delicious. Accompanied by a sde of spaghetti and a light tangy Ceasar salad. Writting this review makes me want to book reservations now. This is recommended as the restaurant is small and gets quite busy. Bellissimo.
