Saturday I took my family to radius who really needed a night out with good food and a fun experience. Radius met and exceeded expectations with food and service . Not only was the food delicious but Both our server and the manager Both named...Matt created such a friendly and welcoming experience for us. What could have just been a good night with good food was made better by the personable experience! XOMore

Three years ago I visited this restaurant (a year before Covid started) and had a great experience. True confession regarding today's visit ... we had reservations for a different restaurant and when we were a few blocks away, we got a call that there was...a fire above them. So we had four people in a car, a birthday to celebrate, "h-anger" setting in and no reservations. Called a few places with no luck. We got into Radius, which i was grateful for. It's a great space with pleasant service & flavourful cocktails.... but the food was mediocre today. I actually had the same thing that I LOVED three years ago and it was disappointing. So in summary ... it is a lovely space. The service is good. The food today was mediocre. Maybe we got unlucky, but with so many choices in downtown Hamilton I will choose differently next time (and hope for no fire alarms on King William ....).More

I am not one to leave reviews often however, our experience tonight was over the moon. The outdoor patio is stunning! Unfortunately we chose to sit out there on a rather rainy evening and our booth got a bit washed out but boy did the...service make up for it tenfold. Our server (I believe her name was grace) was excellent! She was informative, accommodating and so pleasant. We took her recommendations on what to order and she absolutely nailed it! The calamari was exceptional as well as the goat cheese spring rolls. She sold us all on the fish special and though we’re not the kind to all order the same dish ever, we did and we were all very pleased we did! Due to the heavy rain fall we had to cut our evening a bit shorter than planned however, Matt truly made up for it in the end. We can’t thank radius enough for taking care of us, we felt so loved and we are looking forward to going back again soon!!More

Radius hosted our small office Christmas Party. Despite COVID, the restaurant still had a great atmosphere, music playing and of course great food! Prices are very reasonable considering the portion and flavour of each dish. We tried four appetizers and most had steak and seafood...that we all enjoyed. The executive chef even came out to greet our table. The holiday gift baskets that were offered for purchase to support local business was a nice touch. Would highly recommend!More

Not much good has come from COVID, but dining at radius last saturday with my wife and only 8 other people in the resturant of that size made us feel like celebrities. The food and service were amazing. Great experience, certainly feel for them and...other resturants, but they didnt show it. Thank you for making us feel like celebrities. An excellent lunch. Friendly greeting and attentive service, creative lunch menu, well prepared, and very tasty food. My wife had halibut and fries, I had short ribs, and both were exceptional. Enjoyed a personal greeting at our table from the chef. We'll be back.

From the time we arrived to the time we left, we enjoyed our evening on the patio on a sunny summer evening under the umbrellas. The patio is inviting and the ambience is conducive to great conversation and pretty vistas. A beautiful fountain in the...corner, a covered outdoor kitchen (that due to Covid is not currently being utilized), painted al fresco walls and a variety of seating options made the space vert interesting. The staff were incredible. Personable, professional and helpful. The music was enjoyable, the patio lights gave a nice glow to the tables and we were able to have a wonderful time without being bothered by conversations from other tables. Matt came to check on us shortly after we were seated and Ian treated us like we were his only guests, sharing personal tidbits (we noticed his accent so had to ask) that made us feel very comfortable right away. The food was delicious. We started with a platter of oysters, some calamari and goat cheese stuffed spring rolls with sweet onion jam. OMG, so delicious!! One of us ordered the halibut special and one ordered the scallops. The rest of us just couldn’t decide what to eat so we asked if the chef could just surprise us. We were not disappointed!! They sent up two meals on one plate for each of us!! Halibut special with delicious fresh off the cob corn succotash that was so good; topped with still-on-the-vine blistered cherry tomatoes that I expected to be just interesting embellishments but were so tasty! And if that wasn’t enough, they added a small portion of the tenderloin very lightly sprinkled with salt flakes and cooked to perfection served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Draped over the tenderloin were two huge, perfectly seasoned shrimp. Absolutely delicious food and stunning plating as well! We couldn’t stop there and two of us had to sample dessert. I had the warm butter tart with ice cream and was surprised to see the genius presentation of ice cream on a fluffy bed of whipped cream beside the warm butter tart so the ice cream wouldn’t melt. The pastry and filling were equally elegant and so good! The other diner, who never eats desserts, had a chocolate lava cake that he admitted he wasn’t about to share because it was so good. Honestly, I don’t think we could have enjoyed our evening more! We will definitely will be back!!More

First time at this fabulous restaurant. Everything was great from the we arrived. Friendly, patient service and great food! Hubby had calamari and scallops cooked and flavored to perfection. I had one of the the specials, grilled halibut, which was fantastic. We shared tasty short...ribs and cheese filled spring rolls. Ate on the patio...great ambiance!More

After leaving another restaurant quite close to radiusR we decided to stop here for beverage on the patio ! The patio is one of the nicest I have been on...it is very small but well laid out and nicely landscaped ! We each enjoyed a...draught from their decent selection. Another time perhaps we will try out what seems to be an impressive menu. Service was quick and efficient.More

We enjoyed an amazing dinner last night. The staff was so attentive to our needs and the food was spectacular. Best dining experience ever! Creative drinks with high quality ingredients. The chic atmosphere made for a pleasant summer eve dinner. Would highly recommend. Deserves a...5 star for sure!More

Definitely reccomend. The service and the food was amazing. The waiter we had was incredibly knowledgeable on the ingredients in the food and helped us with our dietary restrictions. Haven't had such great service in awhile so will definitely come again.

For a 4.1 average review I think radius deserves a lot better, and that says a lot! The atmosphere is excellent, service is quick and kind and the quality is exceptional! Overall a great experience thank you radius
