Great value, quick sandwich totally worth the $4-5 so fresh and if you get there early enough there's tonnes of pasteries to choose from for $1 or so. Fresh meats fresh breads ...parking can be tricky so be careful where you stop. They also take preorders so you can just have a large office lunch pre ready.

Three big pieces of veal, cheese, sauteed peppers and onions on a Portuguese bun for 675. Delicious.

Amazing sandwiches with many different variety of meats and sauces, all at a great price. The waiting line can be incredibly long during peak lunch hours but its worth it. I always order sandwiches or baked desserts from here for lunch meetings or conferences.

Three sandwiches for $10, you cannot go wrong. I have to say it was pretty good sandwich to boot. I had one right away and another the next day. No problem at all knocking them out of the park. We had them at a wedding party at the house and I had never heard of Bonanza Bakery. I think I... More

For $3.50 you cannot get a better sandwich. Fresh and delish. And no small portions either. Great hot foods as well.

This is a local bakery that serves hot and cold food. They are open early but do most of their business for lunch. Their prices have recently increased. My favourite is the roast beef sub, about 8 inches long for $3.75. They also have fresh made pastries, my favourite the cannoli. Their hot lunch items include pizza, chicken parmesean on... More

Frequent here for lunch often. Staff is prompt and efficient. You can't beat the home made big subs, & the price...you can't make your own for how cheap it is! The hot food is also consistently DELICIOUSSSS! I try to go prior to 11am as to avoid the lunch time rush.

A few years ago I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment for the first time. Having moved out of the city for a spell, I had forgotten where it was or the name for that matter. Recently I was working in the area and my co-worker suggested we go there for lunch. It was better than I remembered. Although... More

This small take-out bakery is the Mecca for Hamilton's lunch-bucket crowd. It offers many types of no nonsense sandwiches on fresh Portuguese buns all for under $5. Hot food is excellent as well - chicken and pork sandwiches etc. Nice pastries for dessert too. There is always a line of people in suits, uniforms, coveralls and safety vests at lunch.... More
