First pokeh I have ever had and it was great and very light. It is very understandable why people come back every day to eat here. I would if I could afford it. Located in the lower level of the farmers market you must check...to see when they are open. Worth the wait in line.More

Wow! I cannot believe this is the first time I’ve been to and found Pokeh. Thanks to Novemburger and my love for sushi my friend and I went. We had the burger feature ( Kimchi Tuna Mac: Poke in burger form! Oceanwise certified ahi tuna...mixed with a sriracha mac kewpie mayo, onions, sesame seeds, on a rice bun crusted with flaming hot cheetos. Topped with kimchi, avocado, cucumber. ) that they’ve created and it was absolutely delicious! I cannot wait to come back here and try the bowls they offer. I think the burger is definitely an great addition to add to their menu as I could eat that again and again! I also had their Spam Musubi and that was such a nice quick appetizer. I could eat 20 of them easily! I also almost had two of their burgers too. l’ll be back with more friends and family!More

Went for a Pokey bowl in the Hamilton Farmers Market (Hamilton’s best kept secret). The cashier was awesome and very friendly. Helped us figure out what and how to order. Everything was so fresh and the tuna and salmon were to die for. A must...eat if you are downtown Hamilton.More

This is a food stall in the Hamilton Farmers' Market with a 5 or 6-seat counter and an extremely limited menu. It consists of just 3 set bowls of poke (in 2 sizes) and also offers the possibility of making one's own poke bowl out...of combining up to 25 or so ingredients. Poke, according to Wikipedia, is Hawaiian cubed raw-fish salad. At Pokeh, poke may be served on a bed of white or brown rice or cucumber noodles. I had the Green (vegan variant) set bowl over brown rice, which included generous portions of pickled shitake mushrooms, tofu, edamame, kale, cucumber, etc. It was very fresh, healthy and delicious. On a hot day I made my own poke bowl by combining raw salmon (fresh, tasty, and generous portion), wakame seaweed, kale, cucumber, enoki mushrooms, jicama (Mexican yam bean), green onions on a cucumber noodle bed with yuzu sauce! It was very fresh, refreshing, and delicious. Overall, a quality, fully satisfying, and economical meal.More

After a long hike a friend and I wanted to enjoy a poke bowl. The Concession location was open and it was a short wait to make our order. The shop was clean and cutely decorated. I loved the succulent "POKEH" wall. The guy at...the cash was pleasant and attentive to everyone. Quick to create our two bowls and the portion for the large was more than enough to satiate our hunger. We asked for extra salmon and it was generous. Would definitely recommend.More

Very nice dinner, food is exceptional. Small ball is 10 but you want to go with large for 13. We loved it and repeated I'd twice during our short stay in Hamilton

I love all the options at Pokeh. I'm very impressed with the spiral veggie option as a base instead of the rice. However, because I don't get the rice, I find myself still hungry after eating a large bowl (this is why I'd love a...bigger portion). It seems like the people who work there are happy to be there. That means a lot because sharing a small space in the basement of the market isn't the best situation, I would guess.More

Seriously one of the best places in Hamilton. The staff and a incredible! Super friendly, and helpful. The food is really fresh, and will leave you more than satisfied after you eat your poke bowl. This is a must try if you are in the...Hamilton area! I remember when they first opened when there were tiny lines, but now the secret is out and everyone is looking for pokeh!More

We pick up lunch from here once a week and it's the highlight of our week. Fresh, fabulous and tasty. The cat's now out of the bag and they're quite busy, especially on Fridays but well worth the wait.

Had the vegan green bowl and it was quite delicious (especially the mushrooms!). Tasted very fresh, some kind of creamy element would have elevated it a bit, but next time I go I will create my own bowl, there seemed to be quite a plethora...of options. Still enjoyed it quite a bit. Was quite busy when I was there but service was good. I recommend getting the large.More

If you're vegan or GF this is the way to go (Green Bowl) ! I never take a picture of the meal I've had because it's always gone before I can take the picture! I get it every single week!

This spot was a delightful find in the Farmers Market. I normally eat vegetarian and was traveling with a vegan and so we were drawn to this Hawaiian stand with these wonderful bowls of flavor. It was a popular spot but service was quick. I...will definitely return.More
