We booked a table for 8 people for 6pm in advance and confirmed the day of arrival. We explained that we had a show at 8pm, so we would need fairly quick service. They suggested sitting in the bar area to ensure that. We all...More
If it's a nice day, head over. Great view of City Hall and it's square. The table took 45 minutes to get so I suggest getting on the waiting list before you are starving! Popular patio when the weather is great. Our server, Ikram I...More
We got there late after visiting Fort Henry (around 11 pm) and we got a table in the middle of a hallway between the bar and the kitchen so people were bumping into us very often. The food and service were ok but not up...More

Friendly service, nice buzzing environment, so-so food. Pretty consistent with the two locations I tried in Ottawa. My kid likes the burger kids meal so we keep coming back. Plus there regular promos for purchases of gift cards, so at the end ok value overall.

Ranked at 107 is ridiculous. Service is great and friendly and you are not served by only one dedicated server....as many as 3 different ones will be around your table. The food is typical roadhouse...some very good...some mediocre. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere with lots of big Screen TVs and yes some noise it is as good as any spot is in town and when the roof top patio opens it gets better !! Don't believe the negatives unless they are coming from retirees who want quiet sophistication, dim lights and a stuffy atmosphere.
