If you cannot find any other place in town with a reasonable pricing, then Ambassador Hotel is a decent option. You are still looking at around $150 a night for a king room. Be aware, the pillows are far too high for your natural neck positioning and thick so take your own. We were 13 people staying here and most... More

Did not stay in the rooms, but did visit the hotel for a dance competition. The place needs some new carpets and coat of paint.

JM's Restaurant is located in the Ambassador Hotel. The atmosphere of the restaurant was unremarkable. The food was very basic and the portion sizes were small but would have been satisfactory if better priced (would estimate each entree was overpriced by $2-6). Service was rather poor. Our server forgot to take the order of one member of our party and... More

Kids enjoyed the slide art the pool. I think they arte having maintenance problems. There was a spray pad beside the pool that only put out freezing cold water, the steam room was broken and the hot (warm) tubs were looking dirty. Rooms seemed reasonable and what you would expect, nothing special. Lots of parking available. While there is a... More

Today I hosted a small dinner party for nine family members in the Lounge. It was a birthday celebration and our greeter took charge of the cake which I brought with me. We arrived a bit before our reservation time, having come from various far away locations. Our table was already set up and our server was there to greet... More

We went here for a dinner, as we received a certificate from a family member. Pretty empty, but it was free, so we went in. The steak was thin, and had the quality of a steak purchased at a grocery store. We asked about desert when completed, and were told they had to check the freezer to see what was... More

This was really lovely ! The rooms are spacious, the beds big and comfy and the bathroom was to die for with a big jacuzzi tub with heat lamp and timers and an ample glassed in shower. The pool and water park are great and the fitness room is adequate. Staff were friendly and nice and it was affordable !

Very glad the pool stayed open until 11pm and at 10pm it's adult only until close. Rooms were clean with Keurig in room for coffee and tea. We stayed in West Wing and only complaint there is lack of ice machine.
