My dear friend and I went to Bistro Stefan for a Saturday night dinner out! Between Manager Joanne and our server, Bruce, we could not have been better taken care of! Excellent atmosphere, our steaks were cooked to perfection and so flavourful. Bruce talked us...right into dessert, mainly because we didn’t want to leave, and they were decadent. Four of us shared a wonderful meal for Mother’s Day. Bistro Stefan never disappoints with excellent food and service. Bruce is an exceptionally excellent waiter!

This was our first visit to the Bistro and we were a little unsure of how it would be. We had traveled from Brockville. Krista the waitress made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. On a celebratory date night my boyfriend and I went to this lovely restaurant. The food and drinks were amazing including appetizers and mains. The atmosphere was classy and great for a date out and the staff were lovely. Some things were priced a bit...on the high end for what they were ( mainly drinks) but the quality made up for it.More

The restaurant was absolutely wonderful in every way! The atmosphere was elegant and warm and welcoming, the waiter and waitress were courteous and kind, had a great sense of humour, remembered everything we liked each day and were never hovering over us but were always...available. Absolutely beautiful meal. Went here for valentines and everything was delicious. Amazing service as well. We had (first course) salad, (second course) baked brie, quail, (3rd course) duck, arctic char, and fondue. The baked brie alone was enough for us to come back again. The...sweet potato with the duck was surprisingly beyond expectations, a complete underdog. There was a set four course meal for Valentines day for $89.99/pp was certainly worth the price for the great night we had.More

Wonderful Dinner, elegant and beautiful presentation! The prime rib is cooked perfectly! It's great when you add the dinner package on when staying at the best western then you don't have to worry about anything other then a well deserved tip :)

Visited the fireside hotel attached and was offered breakfast through Bistro Stefan. Regarding the breakfast. Please guys, make sure you have your cooks fully cook the potatoes as they were rock hard, and use real eggs ( not powdered ) as they were dry and...tasted awful. And the water was not great from the place where you pour it ( next to the orange) Might have been an off day but still. The yoghurt should be in containers not squirted out from a machine ( it was watery) and the waffles were soggy because you leave them in a container where the heat condenses on top and drips back on to the waffles. There was also no toast. No gluten free options beside fruit. "This is 2021 almost 2022, gluten free options should be everywhere". Don't get me started on the sausages or bacon. I won't return here for breakfast again.More

We had our buffet breakfast here and were very impressed with the food, the service and the attention to cleanliness. Everything was exceptional, from fresh cut fruit salad to a variety of cooked breakfast meats, sweets, and hot drinks. It was a touch of normalcy,...provided with care.
