Hands down you simply cannot go wrong with choosing to pop over the Covent Garden Market and grabbing some lunch at the Piping Kettle Soup Co. If being able to quickly purchase an affordable, hot and delicious meal is not enough, then simply be impressed by the outstanding customer service professionals there. They are polite and patient, especially with new customers with questions about what is offered despite the lunch menu sign🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️. They were knowledgeable about ingredients in menu items and gave helpful recommendations that lead to the best lunch order being made. Although pleased with the entire experience it was the service delivered by Barbara that left a positive and lasting impression. She was a true customer service professional.

Different soups every day. Great flavors, great tastes, great value. Always friendly and helpful. It's nice to grab some soup and a sandwich for lunch or bring it home for dinner.

I’ve been to the Huron location in London many times but this was the first time I was unimpressed! The guy taking my order had no personality, didn't greet me, didn’t ask what I wanted & gave grunts as responses. The sandwich is a disgrace, the amount of mustard & mayo put on it is disgusting! I shouldn’t have to wipe off my sandwich just to be able to eat it. Also, had take out with no crackers, napkins or cutlery…..do better Huron location!

I was home sick and my daughter kindly ordered soup, a ham sandwich and an orange smoothie to be delivered to me from the Huron Street, London location.
The sandwich bun was so stale it was inedible. The smoothie tasted terrible. What a disappointment.

Not happy that our pick up order was incomplete and when we phoned you were unwilling to have the missing part of the order delivered to us. First time having uncooperative customer service for a once favourite place to order from.

Never been to the LONDON MARKET before but it was QUITE obvious by the long line that THIS outlet was the place for lunch....and IT WAS!!!!!
A marvelous selection of home-made and delicious soups to go along with some marvelous sandwich combinations served on fresh breads.
You can choose sizes of soups and sandwiches which is terrific for those watching their budgets...and waistlines. I had the GREEN CURRY COCONUT soup....absolutely fragrant, flavourful and just a slight kick. The EGG SALAD SANDWICH was packed full and although I usually like a drier mixture this was excellent!!!
If you want to treat yourself to some wonderful and inexpensive food ...THIS IS THE PLACE!!!
Order at the counter and find a seat or table around the MARKET.

While in London, the family stopped at Piping Kettles Soup Co. for dinner. This place offers soups, sandwiches and salads. They offer a variety of soups each day (they have a vast inventory) and then custom make your sandwich or salad to your taste. I chose the Jambalaya soup with a Roast Turkey sandwich. My wife ordered the Egg Salad sandwich. The soup was "piping" hot but was delicious and the sandwiches were very tasty. This place is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was great.

A great place to get a bowl of soup. Lots of delicious choices, and they are happy to give you little samples to help you decide. Pretty reasonable prices, and friendly, heplful and knowledgeable servers. It is not a restaurant exactly, you buy the soup here and it in the well lit common eating area in the market.

Price and Quality of Food gets high rating ... unfortunately the walls and side of counter that surround the eating area are filthy with grime and grease. No matter how good and reasonably priced the food,lack of cleanliness leaves a bad taste.

Many choices of delicious soup, and they are happy to let you sample until you find the one that is right for you in that moment. Friendly staff, and great soup options. All fairly reasonably priced.

We found this place online before our trip to London.
We thought this place would be great to go to after a day on the ski hill. We were correct! Lots of soup, chilli, sandwiches and different salads.
Very tasty food! Can’t go wrong here.

Wonderful assortment of soups but there was very little in the way of lactose free options. As for a type of tossed salad with a lettuce base, this does not exist at Piping Kettles Soup Co.
