This East Side MArios is not as good as other locations and I don't think the manager cares as much.

Lunch at East Side Mario's was good, very relaxing, casual dining. Tuscan salad was really good as was the vegetable spaghetti. They could do better with the bread (mushy) and their wine selection needs work! Overall a nice place for lunch

The staff at East Side Mario's was attentive without being pushy. The food was fantastic. With the all you can eat bread and soup or salad we ended up having to take home part of our entree.
With all the independent alternatives available, please don't allow yourself to settle for this chain. Nothing against the team here, but the food is nothing special...do some homework and try something else!!!
This is a great place to go with families. They have a kids menu and the food is consistently good without being pricey.
