High Lunch is a rare find these days. It has an open kitchen with bar seating around it. There are a couple of tables off to the side. Its kind of like going back to s different era when you walk in. It's a one...women show. The lady behind the counter makes your order right in front of you and if you go around lunch the price is right will be on tv. I've been for breakfast which is great but my favourite dish is the clubhouse sandwich. It's made with real turkey, dark and white meat. The fries are tasty too. Make sure to bring cash, no credit or debit here. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous.More

Hard to find a classic old school diner these days but this place is it. In a bit of a tough area and the it’s a good shot of reality with the breakfast crowd but an amazing experience. Everyone seems to know each other and...are regulars to this unique spot. We will be back.More

Funky atmosphere; open kitchen concept; don't be fooled by the look of the place - it is a great little greasy spoon!

This place should be cherished as there are so few open kitchen restaurants in this city anymore - especially with such late night hours. The milk shake, the clubhouse sandwich and the omelettes are all highly recommended.

Nothing fancy here folks, just good cheap homemade food. I agree that the cheesburger deluxe is to die for. Pat, the owner cooks in the middle of the horseshoe-shaped counter. Bright flourescent lights keep you wide awake, and there's usually an old newspaper or two...to read while you dine. This is an old London standby for the after-bar crowd who need a slug of greasy food to complete their night.More

We just got back from eating there and she told us the business started with her husband 53 years ago. She has been there for 40 years.
