First off this is a hotel called the Double Tree by Hilton. Hilton should be disappointed in this Hotel trying to act like a Hilton. It's cheap that's why people stay there. Hilton is to hold a strong name I'd like to think. I have...stayed at this hotel over 20 times in the past year. I have never had a great greeting from this place and always have to wait forever to check in. The staff like to talk to each other that has nothing to do with the customer on hand. People many times have been waiting in line to check in, and it is always a wait. After 10 times, you would think they would remember you. Yes ok many people come through I get it. When you stay at a Hilton and are a regular customer, a diamond member, you should be treated well. At this place it is far from that and maybe that's why the rooms are 139 per night. Some rooms are nice some are bad with mold in the shower areas toilets running all night because the mechanical parts are broken. Yes my room was changed not the point. I started to you use the app to check in the only issue doing that you do not get the suites as a diamond member you are upgraded for free. Let me tell you something about that. You have to ask them to do this and they look at you like your crazy. Yes that a perk of the diamond members. I stay at Hiltons all over the world and this has been the worse place ever for Hilton standards. I recently stayed the on the Friday that just past and did the self check in to avoid the long wait and poor service apon checking out I had forgot my cell phone charger and I was half way home. I called immediately and I had nor check out on the app just yet and said to the manager I forgot my cell charger in the room I have not checked out just yet can you have someone go up and get it and I will be back Monday to pick it up. His words were I will leave a message with house keeping. Today is Monday I called and called and called no one ever picked up. Please wait someone will be with you this went on for 15min and 24 sec and you can see the photo for proof. No one ever came to the phone and I hung up and called again and guess what. It would do nothing like my number was blocked. It would ring straight not go to the selection of who you would like to speak to so I again let it ring and ring and No one picked up. If this is what a Hilton standard is people you better find a better hotel company because this is a sad sight for the Hikton standard name. One other quick thing is they need to find a real breakfast chef there no one wants 3 Oz of oil on 2 eggs like where do they find theses people. 🙄More
