Once again we googled for lunch spots close by and found our way to this lovely spot in an industrial area 6 minutes away from Grand Highlands. Wow, super fresh and flavourful! The decor is white, light, airy and clean. A massive blackboard outlines their rich variety of fresh options for lunch. I would recommend studying the menu (on line) a bit before you go as you don’t want to experience decision paralysis! Homemade focaccia bread is available to be filled with anything to your liking. I enjoyed the Cajun chicken with melting Brie, roasted artichoke spread, crunchy sweet peppers, and earthy roasted portobello mushrooms. Just lovely. We also sampled their brown lentil soup, so flavourful but didn’t really have room for a bowl also. They close by three in the afternoon. Catering is also an option. Lucky those who work or live close to this gem.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. Hidden from the main road is probably a good thing for its customers, otherwise this place would be overflowing all day.
The food is so fresh, and flavourful... it never disappoints. You need to come early, or go late otherwise there is a bit of a wait. Only thing I could suggest for this restaurant owner is to find a way to speed up the production without taking away from the quality.
Doesn't really bother me though, because the food is worth the wait!

I am yet to come across a deli which matches the quality or the variety of sandwiches offered here.
My personal favorite is Chicken Diavolo.
Plan to get here before 12 or after 1 since it gets extremely busy.

If you have a little time to kill before your flight at Toronto Pierson, this place is outstanding. I had the Cajun Chicken and Brie Panini and a bowl of the roasted tomato and chipotle soup. Most excellent!

I frequent this venue at least once a week. No word of a lie, this has got to be the best soup/salad and sandwich place I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The food is freshly made, healthy and awesome - where else can you get all this for such a reasonable price (about $11). Service is quick, so if you don't have much time for lunch, skip the fast food and go to this place instead!

I begin my week on Monday thinking about the vegan panini and soup I'm going to eat on Friday for lunch. I absolutely adore this place. The food is healthy, fresh and always delicious. And the service is great! There is something there for everyone, and I've never been disappointed. In fact, I go on Fridays with many different colleagues and I've never heard a single complaint! Just wish they were open later. Would love to take my family.

A dozen or so sandwiches made when ordered with the freshest of ingredients. Daily home made soups that are always good and often great. A salad bar that will make any vegan smile. This lunch only spot is nowhere near where I work but I make the trek at least once a month, need I say more?

This is a hidden gem. Staff is friendly. Food is organic, healthy, and yummy. You pay $11 (taxed in) for a sandwich and choice of soup or salad. Everything is freshly made. They normally have 5 - 6 different kinds of bread to choose from. I tried the foccaccia and the triangular one. Both are fresh and soft. The chicken lentil soup is the best. I take one star off because I didn't like their roasted red pepper soup. It tastes like pasta sauce. Other than that everything's good. Oh, and they have free wi-fi too. A nice place to hang out.

Everything at Pane E Vino is Healthy, Organic, and very very delicious. The sauces they add to each Panini are beyond tasty, they melt in your mouth & you think you're in heaven! It is the best Panini and Health Food Restaurant in the whole Greater Toronto Area. Our office also tried their Catering service & We loved it too. The ambience is very romantic & Classy. It's like a Chic Gourmet panini Restaurant where you eat healthy yet tasty!
