Our owner, Mario Marzooghi, and chef, invite you for lunch or dinner and the Casalinga staff will look after every one of your mouth watering request. Your taste buds can be satisfied by many of Casalinga’s signature pastas and pizzas using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Paring fine Italian wines, with the meal of your choice, finishing your dinner off with our homemade Tiramisu and/or gelato ice-cream and cappuccino/espresso. Was there for a birthday/anniversary dinner with a group. The service was excellent. We were well looked after and the waiter was very obliging, polite and had a great sense of humour. I have had many undesirable meals at Italian restaurants due to my dietary restrictions. The waiter was very accommodating and knew his ingredients and alternatives perfectly. They even got my meal right. Was very happy with my dinner, it had great flavour and was cooked perfectly. They brought desserts with candles for the people being celebrated which was a nice touch. We never felt rushed. This restaurant is a good example of how to treat your customers properly and serve great food.

Friendly waiters and owner!
Our favorite dish is osso buco, the caprese salad and tagliatelle bolognese.

We were both pleasantly surprised by the generous servings of Caesar Salads (delicious) and main entrees. Veal parmiagianno was superb, served with penne vodka pasta. Almost too much, and very much tasty.

Dreary day but wonderful food! Veal Limone grilled with GF pasta delicious. Regular Veal Limone my friend said was fabulous. Tiramisu was the best we have ever had, so fresh and delicious, and big enough to share. A great birthday lunch was topped off with honey dipped, cream filled, heart shaped donuts with a candle and birthday greetings! Highly recommended. Interesting that from inside restaurant you have no feeling that you are in a busy area due to window glazing.

I have been many times over the years but my friend had not. This first thing you notice is the genuine friendliness of the staff. We were given a few options and took a booth. The waitress immediately got us a jug of water and told us the specials. My friend was interested in the four cheese tortellini with sausage, but was concerned it would to too spicy. Immediately the waiter suggested substituting chicken. She was thrilled. I had the risotto with seafood, lots and lots of seafood. Increadably good.

It was just an evening out.
We started with, their Carppacio, greens fresh, meat was tender but not ample. Very good (LOL, not like in Italy though)
I enjoyed my seafood Risotto p
Pescatore in a mild tomato sauce. I would have it again. Lots of shrimps and clams etc. Lovely mild tomato sauce. Mrs. had a shrimp risotto , large shrimps, enjoyed very much.
The house red wine was quite nice.
Capaccino very good,
Overall a nice dinner out.
Service was very good.

During the past six weeks or so we've picked up food on three occasions from Casalinga. Having ordered different pastas and pizzas we were very satisfied with the consistent quality of their food. Absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced!
And the portions are more than ample. Regardless of whether or not the Covid in-dining restrictions are in place, we at least know we can rely on Casalinga for a nice dinner.

Returned here a few days ago + enjoyed a very good lunch. I chose the fish of the day while my husband dined on penne with clams. The food arrived promptly and with the exception of the broccoli was perfectly cooked though the penne appeared somewhat anemic and my green veg. would have benefited from a little more time in the steamer. Desserts + coffees rounded out our meals deliciously.

We have been patronizing this restaurant since it first opened. I have rated it highly previously but my visit yesterday was the first time we have tried it as take-out patrons (due to the Covid-19 crisis). I am happy to say that this experience was just as great as our previous ones. My wife ordered Pollo al Limone with potatoes and vegetables, I opted for Vitello al Limone with spaghetti aglio e olio, and we shared a Cesare salad. As expected, both meals were perfect even as take out. I was very happy to see the owner Mario when I made the pick-up. He always has a smile (this time under a mask) and a cheery ciao. It is easy to see why this is one of the best rated restaurants in all of Mississauga! Thanks Mario!

What a wonderful find. We were visiting from out of town and wanted to find a restaurant where we could celebrate a birthday and anniversary with our family. The staff was friendly and so accommodating to us. The food was excellent, and being Italian, I am very critical of food. Portions were generous and full of authentic flavours. We were made to feel so welcome by all!

Based on the reviews I had read, I knew this place would be good, but it far exceeded all expectations! The service, atmosphere, and food were incredible. I had the veal parmigiana with penne alla vodka. Also ordered the Calabrese pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. The Bomba hot sauce is a must. I will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!!!

Our server Fred was professional, friendly and knew the menu. I had heard of this restaurant but have never visited. Unexpectedly surprised! The tomato salad was pretty good considering this time of year and everyone of us enjoyed our main courses.
We all decided we would go again

It is great place for a most delicious semi-casual dinner. Their Penne Casalinga & the Penne Al Ravi di Coltello are superb, as is their Creme Brûlée. It is one of our favourite places to go for a nice dinner

We have been to Casalinga 4 or 5 times and have found our new favorite restaurant. Everything we have tried is excellent. We have been to all the local restaurants in Clarkson and this is the best. Friendly service, excellent food, good service and a good selection of 1/2 liter wines.

Hidden Gem within Mississauga and Clarkson community. Great service Better food. The chicken Parm and Penne a la vodka is really good! I have tried many different meals here and have yet to be disappointed. The fresh pizza is a must try. Great lunch or dinner option - do not hesitate
