Chef Cory Linkson is very talented, ethical, and professional. His level of care and attention to detail, from the farm fresh ingredients, to the well trained staff and warm ambiance, make this a dining experience worth your time and money. We had two dinners from the Bistro menu. First night was a delicious burger with a side salad and the flank steak with a side salad and the squash soup. Everything was perfectly cooked, hot and served smile and details about our meal ingredients. I...liked the flank steak and soup n salad so much we both had it on our second night. Loved the squash soup and was served into a hot soup bowl and topped with a cream veggie drizzle and with spiced apple pieces in the centre. Poured and described at my table and was the bests quash soup I have ever had. Do not let the Bistro menu make you think it is not high end and highest quality and best of all the tastes were all perfectly mastered. Oh second night same meal identical quality and taste. This place is a must go. Oh we were lucky enough to purchase this meal through a two night stay with meals. This was our 5th here and impressed just as much as our first experience in 2009.More

Perfect as always. Service was excellent and the food just superb.. interesting, delicious and beautifully plated. Wine list is reasonably priced and diverse. Only downside is the live music is a bit intrusive while having a quiet romantic dinner.

AG Inspired cuisine was a wonderfully surprising experience. The ambience, the staff, and above all the food were remarkable. The quality, the presentation, the flavors, all impeccable. We would recommend to anyone who goes to Niagara Falls!

Excellent farm to table restaurant with the freshest of ingredients and a nice atmosphere. Our meals were all impeccably prepared and presented. Our server was a very helpful and nice person. She made our night that much more enjoyable.

Another great evening at the AG Inspired Cuisine in Niagara Falls. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our seat by the hostess. Upon reviewing the cocktail menu I was pleased to see the "Beets Berries Battlestar Galactica" cocktail was still on the menu. I...quickly ordered one and was pleasantly reminded how delicious this cocktail was. (If you like beets, you will LOVE this cocktail!) It was hard to only pick two appetizers, so we chose three and shared to our delight. For the main my spouse chose the burger with fries while I chose the flank steak. The burger and fries my spouse stated was the best she ever had. I took a bite of her burger and I had to agree. My steak was cooked to a perfect med rare, and was tender and juicy. The staff were attentive and the pace of dining was perfect. We were never waiting for anything, nor were we served dishes on top of one another. Everything was smooth and pleasurable. We look forward to coming back in the winter to experience the new seasonal menu.More
