Dinner at Morton's was such a a spectacular experience. We booked our reservations and noted that we were visiting for our anniversary. On arrival, we were seated at a gorgeous window table, and our menus even had "Happy Anniversary!" printed on them! Our waitress, Leesa F, was helpful, kind, and courteous throughout our entire meal. She was also very helpful when originally deciding what to order, and also joked with us and took some celebratory photos of us throughout our dinner.
For dinner, we ordered a filet and the mashed potatoes to split, and were brought an absolutely succulent steak w/ truffle butter and the softest potatoes. Perfectly medium-rare, and a great cut of meat.
Price per person averaged out to be approximately $100 CAD, which included a bottle of wine, a pricier entree, and a large side. We were also brought complementary bread with our dinner, which tasted delicious as well.
Overall, this was a spectacular dinner experience, and really helped put a lovely end to our anniversary weekend experience!

There are four elements I use to judge an eating out experience like going to Morton's Grille at Niagara Falls. Ambience, quality, service, and value. It is hard to argue with the ambience of this restaurant. When I made the reservations, I thought the restaurant was located on the top floor of the Marriott overlooking the falls. It was not, and while the view of the falls was somewhat obscured by trees, the feel of the restaurant was very romantic. The quality of the wine and food was top notch as one would expect from a Morton's. The cost of the meal was significant, but from a value perspective I felt like we got our money's worth and more. I want to focus mainly on the service, which in my opinion was outstanding. Our waiter was Mike P. and it is clear this gentleman is a professional. He provided excellent recommendations on the wine and took the time to discuss his preferences and opinions on local wines versus some California classics. Mike was friendly and patient. We never felt rushed and he was the kind of waiter that was always there when needed, and didn't hover when not needed. He was personable and kind. Going to Morton's for my wife and me was a 10 out of 10 experience, but Mike pushed it over the top to a 20 out of 10. All in all, I would recommend Morton's Grille, Niagara Falls.

This place exceeded all expectations. We were seated at a window seat , and yes the view is a little obscured but still very nice. We had two amazing appetizers that blew us away, shrimp Diablo and barbacoa bao buns. They were both super tasty . For mains we ordered lobster beef braised ravioli and prime rib sandwich.. the mains were both so good We ate half and literally swapped plates., couldnt attempt dessert as too full !! I would consider myself hard to impress and please and or impress when it comes to food and dining out...I'm so glad we attempted this restaurant . Please don't hesitate to dine here if your looking for good quality food and a nice warm inviting atmosphere .

My wife and I had dinner on a Saturday at Morton's, got there for the reservation and got seated right away, but then had to wait about 15 minutes before anyone came over and greeted us. The waitress got us drinks and took our order, waited about 45 minutes the waitress never came over and refilled our drinks so had no drinks for about a half an hour, had to find a manager after 45 minutes of not seeing our waitress, finally she came over and refilled our drinks. We had to wait over an hour to get our food which was just okay nothing special small portions and on the cold side when we got it. My wife got sick from the food. The restaurant was very loud could hardly hear my wife across the table from me. The only thing Morton's did was give us a free desert. The views of the falls are nothing spectacular during the summer it would be hard to see with leafs on the trees. There are a lot of better restaurants in the vicinity for a lot better pricing, I would advise going somewhere else if you want good food, be able to talk to someone and want good service.

The food was average. Steak medium rare was overcooked, which in a high end grill restaurant is not acceptable. The waiter gave people the wrong steaks and then argued that he was right and we were wrong. The manager stopped by to ask us how everything was. We just started to explain we weren't happy and she just walked off! And then we got the check! So much money for this horrible dining experience.

The trees across the street looking toward the falls have grown so there are very limited views of Niagara Falls. We decided to try Morton’s Grille early one afternoon. We tried the early afternoon special. It’s a steak, potato, vegetable, and a glass of wine for $49.00. The bill was $141.00 by the time you add the fees and tip. The steak was a New York Strip which is near the bottom in quality steaks. Very small, tough, and just was not what we expected. The server was great and thus we tipped her well. But to summarize, we wish we had gone somewhere else.

We have been to a dozen Mortons a cross US and love every time we go. This Mortons was average at best. Our server was excellent, but steaks were over cooked and not of quality we were used to. If you are going to pay what we paid, we would have expected so much more.

Despite being exhausted from travelling we really enjoyed our meal overlooking the falls. We were looked after by a lovely lady called Anna C. We sampled free wine & a selection of beers along with a prawn starter to share. I loved my Caesar salad with shrimps ( actually king prawns ! ) Thank you Anna 😊

We were greeted by the hostess who acknowledged our Open Table reservation noting this was a special anniversary. We then were seated by another assistant who wished us Happy Anniversary 3x and sat us at a special window table overlooking the falls! Then amazing waitress Leesa F. , did the same and enthusiastically explained all the menu options - a bunch. We were presented a special “happy anniversary” menu to take home. Wow! We felt like we picked the right place to celebrate! Leesa then proceeded to take good care of us through the Prix Fixe menu. We picked the blackened Mahi w/ mashed potatoes, tuna poke, caesar salad with a couple extra anchovies, and chocolate pie (so rich & gooey) and a light key-lime pie!). So good - all cooked perfectly. Plus a great local Canadian sauvignon blanc - Jackson-Triggs. Nicely crafted! Everything was executed perfectly. Including a picture Leesa took of us and then printed and presented in a special anniversary folder to take home! Again wow!!! Great service, food and celebration treats. 5 stars to Leesa, the chef and support staff! Highly recommend the Niagara Falls Morton’s (anniversary or just for a great meal)!

For the price of the food it was just Okay.
Way too expensive. We ordered a Ribeye steak and a small fillet mignon. Sides cost extra which is ridiculous. Ended up costing us around $250
I wouldn't complain so much if the meal was fantastic but it was just mediocre.
Taxi driver told us later to just take a cab just outside of this area for a much cheaper meal and it would only cost about $10 for taxi
I have no idea why food has to cost so much!
We did have great service though

The foods were great! We got chopped salad, steak, and hamburger. Lisa B kindly explained the menu and helped us when we needed some modifications on foods. Also recommended us some great events near Niagara! While we are from South Korea, we really loved her assistance and the food. Highly recommend 💖

Has a burger , very very small, small salad, pellegrino water , over $80 plus tip. It was not an $80 presentation, Harvey’s has a better burger. Too bad restaurants don’t realize that if they will charge $34 for a burger , should be a better burger and presentation.

We had a fantastic meal at Morton’s. Both our steaks were cooked to perfection with a very good pepper sauce. We had fantastic service from Tawnia who went the extra mile to make the evening extra special. Tawnia provided a fantastic birthday cake on the house and even made it Gluten Free for us. Tawnia took pictures of us and even provided a Morton’s birthday card with a photo. Nice touches that went a long way to making the evening a memorable one. Thankyou Tawnia!

We were there for Are honeymoon week end - server and manager no complimentary attention, like other places
A over price 89$ a filet mignon. Seem to be a 6oz instead a 8oz… presented in a larger plate, look lost.
Side order … ex :bake patato 18$
No table cloths on the table for highly price restaurant.
Are server who had a non chalante attitude - expect to pay 20% over the taxes.
After doing a few time Morton’s is the state which stop going since it is overrated. As per my experience last night.
Are money is to precious to wasted with disappointment.
I would rather spend it to HIGH END restaurant who understand the mission to provide us a overall lovely experience for
