The Fallsview Buffet proved to be a great experience. There was a great selection of salad options, entrees and desserts. There was a cheese and cracker station as well as a dessert station. Chef Dan was very friendly and created a complimentary delicious salmon dish for our entire table. It was the most tender salmon I have ever had! They have specific hours where kids can eat at a discount. The view is amazing and we got to watch the sunset and the night lights on the falls.

Came for Sunday brunch, and was not disappointed. There was a lot of selection, even for us with food allergies. There was a dedicated station for gluten free breads, which included a dedicated toaster. Staff was happy to prepare french toast for us, using seperate pans and utensils. Buffet items were well labeled.

This is another complicated review! We visiting the Fallsview Restaurant during our stay at the Sheraton Fallsview. We were excited about the return of the buffet - the first we’ve had since covid first started. We were also excited to read a poster in every elevator that kids eat free. The food and service were amazing. The lady at the omelette station was amazing to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, experience, view, and service. However, we were disappointed to be charged for all four of us (kids included: $29.99 per adult and $14.99 per child). The posters clearly said kids eat free breakfast and dinner. Apparently we missed another section that said “daily between 5 and 6 pm.” I don’t know anyone who eats breakfast at that time. The poster was totally (and I believe intentionally) misleading. A hotel of that size can afford better, clearer, and more ethical marketing. If you don’t mind a bill of $100+ for breakfast for a family of four, you’ll enjoy the meal.

The hotel give us a discount breakfast and I accept $24 adult/ $13 kid. No discount at the end. Well, not buffet option. Waiting time too long (25 minutes) Short staff, but they so kind! Low quality food and limited menu. However, the view is wonderful, but I do not recommended. In the area you can found more cheaper and variety good food.

Staff was friendly, food was average to poor. Might have been because we came late into the breakfast hour, but the food on he buffet had the feel of being out there for a while. Omelet station was decent and fresh, but none of it was worth the 33.00 a person for breakfast.

excellent buffet with many items to choose from . Salad bar is outstanding . Pasta station is fresh . My 11 year old and 7 year old thought that they had died and went to heaven when they saw the dessert table , which included plenty of fresh fruit and berries for those of use trying to watch our waist or sugar intake . The wait staff work really hard and go above and beyond to ensure your happiness. We loved it so much , we ended up only eating here each night for dinner ! Bonus is that Kids eat free from 5-6 pm .

We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview. This restaurant is located in the hotel. I decided to have breakfast here to celebrate the 14th Birthday of my twin daughters. I thought that a breakfast buffet would be a great way to start off their birthday. We had not had an actual buffet since before the pandemic. It was so nice to finally have a buffet again. It was even self serve (traditional way where you select your own food). The selection for the breakfast buffet was awesome! There was everything you could want and more! Including an omelet station, waffle station etc. Tons of selection. The buffet area was well stocked and kept clean. Coffee, tea and juice are included. The staff was friendly and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. I do feel it was worth the cost considering the large selection of food combined with the amazing view! The view from this restaurant is breathtaking! It is an ideal location for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, engagement, honeymoon, valentines etc. Even if your not staying at this hotel, it is worth the walk over to experience this buffet with a stunning view!

We woke up and thought we will have regular breakfast but never thought we will be welcomed with such a beautiful waterfall view and very friendly employee. They have great options for breakfast many different fruits and waffles and they are all fresh and also very helpful staff which made feel like home. It was a great experience with Fallsview Buffet. We would definitely visit here again! Thanks to Rosie and Ben! Happy holidays to everyone!

Save yourself and do not come here. Paying $45 for food that shouldn't be qualified at a restaurant at this price is shameful. From soggy beef patties, cold roast beef, disgusting dry grains, tasteless veggies, and gross pasta, this restaurant is equivalent to prison food. Not sure why so many people are lying abt this "delicious food".

Reservations were made and had no issues getting our table when we arrived with our guests. Staff were friendly and kind. Our waitress was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was yummy. Everyone loved the omelette station and the waffles. All items on the menu were delicious. For 11 Adults and 7 kids we paid around $700 which was not bad at all considering all the great things you got to have plus having breakfast with an amazing view of both falls. We will definitely be coming back to try the lunch or dinner buffet next time.

We went to breakfast at Fallsview Buffet for breakfast and we had Angelo as a server. The view is incredible and we were able to have a table right at the window. Not only was the food amazing, but Angelo was the kindest server we have had in ages. He was so patient with my 3 boys and so helpful. Typically at a buffet you hardly see your server, which is fine and always works well, but Angelo was always available and anticipated what we would need. I am so happy with our experience! Thank you, Angelo!

We had a pretty decent and nice dinner. Our waitress was polite but busy as she was only able to fill our water once. As we were finishing a vip group came in as they were being seated near us. They wanted the table next to us so our waitress was told to clean off that table soon as that part left and instead of giving us water she was directed to assist them. We were paying our bill with our card in the machine and she was directed to walk away from us to give them water. She politely explained she was assisting us with paying but it was clear the tone towards her was disrespectful. Made me feel like I was a third class citizen and shouldn’t be eating there as he never smiled the eye contact he made with us. We debated tipping less but it wasn’t her fault or the other staff that he made us feel so lowly. I will be writing a letter or the hotel and restaurant hoping they understand we won’t be back and will be telling others that they failed as people will remember and talk the most about how you treated them when they walked in and walked out of your place.

The title of my review says it all. The food was like applebees quality, the prices were insulting, and I was without a drink the entire meal since our server took our drink orders and then never returned. However, when I was able to flag him down, he had no problem asking for a 18% gratuity when he'd done *literally* nothing. This was on top of $26 in taxes and fees. I even called and asked the hostess if the food was good and she said yes. This place is a rip off DO NOT GO HERE.

My husband and I spent the weekend Jan 19th-21st at the Sheraton Fallsview and both the hotel and the customer service far exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is located in a great location, close to the falls, and all major attractions and border crossing. Our room was ready when we arrived, and it was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and our view over looked the falls which was amazing. But for me, what made this hotel stand out was the customer service and not by just 1 employee but from everyone we came into contact with. Adrian at the front desk was professional and friendly and explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The valet parking attendance, and the Bellman and I’m sorry I cannot remember all their names were outstanding and lots of fun. We had club lounge access and Ashwin was the employee working the lounge . He was great with grabbing gluten free snacks for my husband as well and going out of his way to grab us a few drinks from the bar. He was simply amazing. After the lounge we went up to the 13th floor and Kevin working the bar went out of his way to make sure our glasses were full and we had a great chat about the area and things he suggested we check out. We dined at Massimo’s, the Italian restaurant, I highly recommend it. The views of the falls are spectacular and the food and the service was unreal. our server was Natasha who paired wine with our food, which both food and wine were outstanding. She was professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. They offer a lot of gluten-free options and the food was delicious. Matt who is also a server there was amazing as well. Dined in the Fallsview restaurant for their buffet breakfast on the Sunday. Lots of food to choose from excellent service from Rosie, Ben, Ally (hostess) and Zach. And also many thanks to Jason, restaurant, assistant, general manager for your professionalism and friendliness. Can’t wait to return. Thank you all very much as you made our weekend very enjoyable

Hello, I went to the restaurant with my entire family members. There was a total of 11 of us included 2 children. My experience at the restaurant was just unbelievable. I have never went to a restaurant that had such bad services and just overall had a bad experience. We come here every year and this year is the worst year I have ever attended such a bad restaurant. Such a disappointment. Let's just begin with the plates, they are dirty from the top and bottom. That is nasty. This is a plate we eat from, my 5 year old daughter is eating from plates that isnt cleaned. Second, my server was extremely rude. He never asked if we needed anything or needed extra things. He didn't clear the tables, nor ask if we needed anything else. We had to ask for every little thing from fork, to napkins, to just clearing out are table's was such a big ask. I confronted my server and after speaking to me he goes and starts talking to his friend. Rather then doing his job he was more interested in gossiping to his friend. Third, We came to breakfast and dinner and all that was added was a few extra things for the dinner. Half the food was gone and yet took 20 mins just to get an item placed out. This is a buffet, food should be getting restocked left and right. Lastly, we were a big group and because of how you guys split the tax and charge we decided to split are tables into three. After such a disappointing service, we are asked to pay for service charges and for tips for what? Am I paying all these taxes for bad service and for service where I had to ask for every little thing. I mean this in a nice way, Wendy's fast food restaurant would have been a better alternative then this restaurant. Words cannot explain how frustrated i am with this experience. I am in room 359.
