We were a group of five, arrived well after normal lunch hours. We got an energetic welcome and a place in one of the booths. The waiter and the chef (family members) were very helpful with helping us choose the house favourites, keeping in mind...some dietary restrictions. They advised us that fish sauce is not used in the dishes so the vegetarian dishes were truly vegetarian. The dishes were cooked to order, including a whole fried fish in mango salad, which was clearly the highlight of the lunch. This dish is recommended for any fish lover. The hchicken green thai curry, pad thai, etc were good too. The pad thai was a bit too sweet for our liking though - not like the authentic one. The bill was very reasonable as well for a group of five.More

Not impressed. We were craving pad Thai and after moving out of st catharine we really missed Spicy Thai. So we thought we would give this place a try. After waiting close to an hour for our order to be delivered, we received it room...temperature. A tomatoey pad thai, runny green curry and the tiniest peanut sauce to go with our large order of shrimp chips. The only thing we enjoyed after $62 worth of food, was the crab ragoons, and they were almost cold. I would rather drive to st catharines, pick up at Spicy Thai, come home and warm up our order (if it was cold by then) then order from here again. Maybe someone else will enjoy it, but it wasn't our cup of tea. :(More

We first located this restaurant just after Covid restrictions were lifted during the summer, 2021. We visited it several times, including more recently (November 2021). Each time, the service was excellent and the food original and like home-made. We enjoyed meeting with the chef and...praise her work. While Thai food can be spicy, this restaurant makes your dishes the way that you want them. We've eaten in restaurants in Bangkok, but their chefs need to learn from this establishment.More

I have been welcomed each time I come to Mai Thai Cuisine with warmth and the best homemade food ever. Friendly and super clean. I keep going back and bring my friends to enjoy delicious food. We all return time and again.

Met the owner by chance and was invited to his restaurant. What a find this place is. Tucked away in a small strip mall ,you enter into an extremely clean ,beautifully decorated restaurant. Immediately greeted by a shout out of welcome , big booths or...tables to choose from.Then the amazing food streams out. We had orange chicken, mango fried rice, teriyaki sauce with chicken , pho soup with beef, spring rolls and crab rangoons for starters and of course sticky rice. All of the vegetables were fresh, beautifully cut, the meats were all very tender with lots of flavour. Spring rolls were real good. With the lemon chicken ,although covered in a light orange sauce the chicken was still a little crisp from cooking real good. Plate presentation was beautiful, with all the different colours of the vegetable and sauces ,very appetizing. Finished up with mango and sticky rice for dessert, what a great combination of flavours and again plate presentation. Service was by far the best I’ve had in years and the fact that he family interacts with customers is a huge plus. Overall this was a fantastic night out , we tried bout 3 dishes we wouldn’t normally even look at, great surroundings and a very genuine homey feeling. Chance meeting led to a a very great restaurant find. This is a must visit!More

We just finished eating a takeout order from Mai Thai Cuisine and it was absolutely divine! We ordered the pad thai noodles, a cashew sauce chicken stir fry, and the red curry, and it was incredible! It was our first experience with ordering Thai takeout...and it did not disappoint. Worth every penny!More

Mai Thai Cuisine is the best Thai restaurant in the region! We are locals who love exotic food and happened upon Mai Thai. The food was incredible and the service exceptional. When having Thai we are not leaving Niagara Falls and coming here unless we...are heading to Thailand. Ask for Mai. She is the owner and has developed this sumptuous cuisine.More

We ordered some Satay, spring rolls, Thai seafood red curry and chicken yellow cuury, fried rice and some sides. The curries were yummy. Good portions and reasonably priced

Panang curry, cashew stirfry, veg spring rolls, teriyaki stirfry - everything I have ever ordered from here has been delicious. Very vegan friendly as well. Staff is so accommodating and you can tell they really care about the food they serve! I am shocked that...one review said the portions were small, because every meal we have ever had, we've had left overs. Compared to other Thai restaurants, this place has large portions and fair prices. Quality food and a generally quick place for take out.More

This place is SO good! If your even just traveling to Niagara for the day, skip all the tourists spots and dine here for food that will transport you for authentic Asian cuisine. I felt like I was eating in Thailand, Singapore or Malaysia for...the food quality. (Btw Asian lady writing this review :) ) we order the classics coconut soup , chicken spring rolls, pad Thai and spicy beef noodles. Yes the noodles are spicy ! Enjoy !
