A trip to Niagara is not worth it without a visit to Tide and Vine... amazing oysters, doubly amazing seafood bisque (my husband didn't want to share - lol); great local beers...the owners tended to our every need.

My husband and I had made a reservation for 8pm when we gone there we have to wait do to the restaurant was packed. While we were waiting at the bar we started ordering a dozen of fresh oysters. They were so fresh and so good. After we got our table at the dining room we had seafood chowder soup... More

Intimate, friendly and fresh product. Not cheap, but good value. Clean, bright with decent acoustics. Staff was friendly and ready to engage in friendly conversation. Came back that evening for a ToGo order.

The seafood chowder is a winner! Excellent selection of freshly shucked oysters at market prices and other exceptionally well prepared and presented seafood dishes as well as "turf"options. Don't miss it.

I'm a scallop junkie, so I don't say 'best' lightly! The sauce was a caramelized fennel purée, and it was to die for! The scallops were cooked to perfection, but the whole dish just came together as though it had been prepared by angels! Yum! Also had some really great oysters (Acadian Gold were my fave) and the octopus, which... More

We have been couple times and every times the food was fantastic. The oysters are as fresh as you can get them and the chowder is the best what I have. The menu is small but big on flavor. The restaurant is not big but has a great feel to it, the kinda place you want to stay and chat... More

We're from New England where it's easy to find great seafood but the Tide and Vine stands out as one of the best seafood meals we can remember. I tried the albacore tuna salad which was absolutely delicious - unique and so flavorful. My husband says the seafood chowder was the best he ever had which is saying a lot.... More

New Years Day - amazing lunch. Shrimps were best I've had in years, the Beef Brisket fell apart beautifully and the dessert was so good I wanted to lick the bowl. Don't worry, I didn't! Topped off by great wine and great service. See you soon, T&V
