Nostalgic, and overpriced. A fun experience for the kids, the atmosphere is fun and totally a throwback. Food is average, overpriced for sure. Service was just okay. Had to find our server for the bill. Probably wouldn’t go back again, but kids loved it.

We ordered the nachos to share for lunch. They were expensive BUT they were loaded on each layer which made them well worth it. The Thunderstorm experience used to be better. Louder with more lighting effects.

We had a nice experience there today. Food was good. Our waitress, Tychanel, was great, friendly, attentive & her smile brightened our day!

Outrageous prices. Not one thing on the menu was affordable which sadly makes this impossible for most people. I didn’t eat to allow my 2 sons the experience and ordered water for us. Upsetting.

Fun atmosphere but very very overpriced food and drink. I had the cubano for $34 and they forgot the pickle. I'm pretty sure I got food poisioning unless there's a virus going around that makes you puke for 5 hours approx. 5 hours after eating...and then you are fine.More

The entertainment would be excellent for small children . The food is poor and overpriced . They add a value added tax which I don’t think is fair. I would recommend to take your children and have a drink to see the displays which are...excellent and eat elsewhere.More

Atmosphere amazing, we loved the experience and food was pretty good - some meals were amazing(taco salad) while other things lacked (poutine super salty) kids meals were good. Service was wonderful- we went for a 5pm reservation so restaurant wasn’t packed and the staff and...our server were fantastic, quick service but still enough time to enjoy all the animals … we didn’t feel rushed but they were ready when we were. Food is overpriced but I guess you’re paying for the experience more.More

I don't normally like to write negative reviews but I feel like I owe it to others to be honest. We went here with my two children (1.5, 3.5) for the experience. The restaurant itself is really cool- lots to look at for the kids...(animals, lights, trees, waterfall), "thunderstorms" that go off in the restaurant as you eat (*not sensory friendly for any little ones or adult with sensory sensitivities*) - definitely a cool concept for little ones. But that is where it ends. The food is way, way overpriced. I don't mind paying high amounts for food when the quality is good - but that wasn't the case here. The food was lukewarm, kids food came out almost cold. We ordered the spinach dip and again, it was lukewarm at best, and not very good. Drinks were way overpriced. Service was not good. Server never came back to check in on us even once. In fact, we didn't even order any mains because it took so long for the waiter to come back to our table after our appetizer arrived. Overall, not a great experience, and I would not recommend this place. This shouldn't come as a surprise as you might have already surmised from all the previous negative reviews. Save your money and take a peek at the inside or the storefront - but do NOT eat here!!! Trust me (and the 100 other negative reviews! haha)More

We went for dinner with another family. The price for the food was very expensive and the food was mediocre.... I've had way better for cheaper.... The service was terrible. There was only around 5 tables in total in the whole restaurant and it took...our waitress ages to see us... no refills, no asking if we were enjoying our meal, clearing only half the table, we asked for dessert menus and were told they dont have any just a $20 volcano dessert and childrens desserts, taking an absolute age to give us our bills and then in the end going to the kitchen to get two "to go boxes".... In the end the waitress came over crying like a baby that we were"shouting at her" when all we did was tell her " we had gone and got the boxes for our food by ourselves" soon as we had waited 20 bloody minutes after we had paid the bill ....... and ..... paid the tip that is included on the receipt instead of giving us the choice to tip ( she certainly didn't deserve one) To top it off when actually paying by card it asks you again to tip on the machine too.... PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS CRAFTY WAY OF GETTING MORE TIPS OUT OF THE CUSTOMERS ! WE ARE LOCALS AND WILL CONSTANTLY INFORM PUR GUESTS, FAMILY AMD FRIENDS TO AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.More

Service was terrible, slow and wrong food came out even though restaurant was empty. Also paying $32 for a simple burger and fries is rediculous, the animals moving and thunder etc used to be much better and more entertaining. Absolutely not worth the money. If...I had seen the proper price I would have walked out. For a family of 4 it was $200 with just fountain drinks and simple burgers. Very disappointing. Never will I go here again. I went because I had a friend come on holiday, I would suggest just walking it to see but not eat. Even to see is pretty lame now, needs a lot of updating.More

The restaurant interior and theme is great. The grandkids loved it. The server, Dawn, was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Food was okay. However, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! $14 for a beer, $30 for a burger!!!!!! (Didn’t order either, split a salad. Servings are big...enough to do so.) Been there, done that…… won’t be back.More

Worst experience ever. Food sucked, service sucked! Food tasted like it came out of a frozen stash and was placed in the microwave. Way too overpriced for the poor quality of food! Definately not what you expect from a rainforest cafe restaurant. Staff gave very...poor service. They had no common sense. Just acted like they didn't know what was going on. Niagara rainforest cafe sucks and we will never waste our time and money at this location again! Pls beware!More

This is the number ONE tourist trap on Clifton Hill. The food prices for the adult meals are ridiculous, $36 dollars for a burger! Its' no wonder they don't list the prices on the website, what family of four would go knowing they will be...spending $165 plus on a glorified burger joint and of course once you read the microscopic print of the prices on the menu its difficult to leave when your kids are excited to see the "show". Speaking of the show, its 20 year old technology, time to upgrade into the 21 century. In conclusion parents, go to one of many fast food chains on the Hill and spend the money you saved on an attraction the family will enjoy.More

Overpriced - food could’ve been easily made at home for 1/3 the price. I had 3 e gift cards and the rude manager was no help with the situation . It was an experience gift for Christmas that ended up wasting $150 in gift cards...since that’s the only reason we went to this place. Had I known they wouldn’t accept the e gift card - we would’ve never eaten there . Waste of time and money . Server was very nice but manager not at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!More

Hello! The restaurant is located in the strip along Clifton Hill. Park at the Sheraton (valet parking) or park along the falls causeway (ample parking there) and walk - short walk.
