Niagara-on-the Lake is a lovely up-market town, clean, immaculate and full of character and great quirky shops and eating places. We were just wandering down the high street looking for somewhere to have a coffee, and one look at the cakes in the window of Taylors Bakery on Queen Street was enough to entice us inside. We spent about 15... More

Visit this bakery whenever we are in town. Baked goods and savouries are fresh and very scrumptious. Definitely not a bakery just for tourists.

Generous portions of delicious ice cream at this classic Niagara on the Lake establishment. There are many ice cream shops on the "main drag" and this one is our favorite. A "single" cone or dish contains two large scoops!

Always a great experience at Taylors, whether its the ice cream or the bake goods i am never disappointed! Service is always a pleasure and i appreciate the fact that they havent changed to try and become trendy to pander to the visiting city crowds, it looks the same today as it did 15 years ago when i first started... We loved Niagara Falls on the Lake! A quaint little town with small town charm. Beautiful flowers and vast variety of nice shops and restaurants. While there we stopped in here on a hot summer day and enjoyed a delicious ice cream cone. Large selection, friendly staff! There is a beautiful drive along the parkway on the way back to... More

We were wandering Niagara-on-the-Lake on one of the hottest days of the year and saw the ice cream sign and knew what we had to do! It was super difficult to ignore the bakery on the right side of the aisle, but it was just too hot that day for anything but ice cream/frozen yogurt! My companion had the frozen... More

High butterfat ice cream and.....FROZEN YOGURT ! Vast variety of ice cream flavors in several types of cones. Great place to gran a cone while shopping in the Old Town. And, if you really want to punish your waistline, the baked goods are amazing.
