Mind blowing‼️‼️‼️‼️ As a former undercover franchise investigator, my expectations are probably higher than most. I have a hard time “not being on the job” and just enjoying my meal out. So when I say this place is “mind-blowing,” this is the highest praise ever!...This “Creamy Pesto Chicken” leaves you speechless. Chunks of chicken are exactly proportioned properly without being either overbearing or understated. Vegetables are equally chopped and have excellent proportions in size and quantity and the overall spice and melody is...well speechless. In addition, the produce used in my tuna salad sandwich and soup is exceptionally fresh. I rarely give a 10 out of 10, but this one is it. The last time I was here this year, I had their tuna salad sandwich, and I literally couldn’t get it out of my mind for at least a week!!! How is that even possible?! And their desserts are also offered as guten free options. I’ve often said, “you can taste the love” when someone truly cares about what they are preparing, and there is ALOT of love in this extraordinary little café. Oh, and I might also say their bathrooms are both exceptionally spotless. And in my line of work, it usually says a lot about the kitchen behind the wall. The interior has a few tables that are always clean and even the chairs! And yes, I notice this, but even the window sills behind the tables are spotless. This is always my go-to spot when visiting North Bay, and I have never taken the time to write a review because I feel like I’m still at work, but I have to make an exception and share this fantastic place with everybody. And yes, always friendly staff. Truly 5 ⭐️ P.S. It has been feature in the past a few times in Hallmark movies.More

This is a little gem on the main street in downtown North Bay. We had a wonderful lunch with homemade food and generous portions. The soup special was Carrot Currey which was wonderful. It came as a side with my sandwich (fresh made in-house bread)...and also with my wife's salad. The butter tarts are the same way my grandmother made them - delicious!More

Delicious Food and Excellent Service. Picked up lunch for me and my Valentine today. The Wham Bam Thank you Ham sandwich was very fresh and delicious. The pumpkin pear soup was creamy and tasty. This bakery always has a variety of fresh treats. This is...the place, if you are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth...The staff were very helpful and professional.More

Seriously a 5 ⭐️😋 I work undercover for major corporate franchises to ensure the business is properly managed and customer service and quality of product and procedures are adhered to at high standards and for me to give a 5 star, is almost unheard of,...and yet…5 it is 👍🏼 The soup was homemade (split pea soup), not watery but rather nice and thick with fresh crunchy celery & carrots. Typically restaurants use up older and less fresh produce for their soups- not here, there was still the freshness and crispness even after simmering in a pot all day. Thank you for using fresh produce 🙏🏼 Secondly, my tuna on multigrain was extremely fresh and creative. I have never even thought of making a tuna salad sandwich with fresh greens and slices of ripe tomatoes! The layers of textures and flavours married perfectly together 😍So much so, that I will “always” make my tuna salad sandwich at home this way from now on.❤️I also ordered a mocha with almond milk and coconut whip cream. It carried a true high-end cafe flavour.☕️ I not only enjoyed my lunch but I also came home with extra treats for my family. Cranberry macaroons that are airy like meringue, oatmeal cranberry cookies, peanut butter marshmallow square and gluten-free seed bread…all moist, soft chewy and flavourful. Portions were generous. 💕 If I had to be critical on anything, it would not be the food but rather the hours of operation. I had to wait till 10 am before they opened and apparently the cashier told me they close at 4 😳 I can’t imagine operating a cafe and missing out on rush hour customers on their way into work or the evening girls night outs, guys grabbing a coffee or date nights. Such a missed opportunity of significant income in my opinion as a past business owner myself. I hope this choice does not force them to close their doors permanently.😬 As for the physical store, the floors were clean, tables were available and clean -no dirty dishes waiting to be cleared, displays were tidy and items properly refrigerated. I was asked to show proof of vaccines and ID, seeing that I was eating in. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. It will always be my go-to-place when passing through North Bay. Why would I ever want less than this 5 star establishment 😁🤷🏻‍♀️❤️ Fabulous job guys! Just wonderful!!! 😍🙏🏼More

What a fantastic place to have a great meal. You can go very healthy or indulge in the wonderful baked goods. There are so many good options such as soup and a scone. Three of us had the special of the day-just getting the last...of the cream and soup that went with the creative turkey wrap surrounded in cranberry mayonaise, nuts, apples and two cheeses one of which was brie. I had the Opera Chicken Wrap. Fresh nuts, sprouts, cranberries, apples and many other wonderful tidbits danced around our chicken sandwiches. There was also a wonderful cranberry and pear salad. It was nice to see actual baked goods at a bakery that go beyond cake pops and cupcakes as so many do now. There are specials of the day and many intriguing squares to choose from. We shared many! The speciality coffees were also warm and flavourful. What a gem!More

My daughter and I stumbled upon this little cafe when we were shopping down town. We'd never heard of it before. We were pleasantly surprised and wondered if we were still in North Bay. It is small and has a great cute atmosphere. Tables are...close together and the menu is unique and has specialties. We had wraps which were really good. We went back another day and had some chai tea and desserts. Though I wasn't too keen on mine, my daughter loved her tart. I would highly recommend it to any locals who were not aware this cafe existed, and to those from out of town who enjoy quaint little cafes.More

Dropped by for a light breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Americano was excellent and the cheese scones provided a lovely accompaniment. Friendly service topped it off. Worth a stop when exploring Main Street, North Bay

A friend of mine brought me to the coffee shop and I loved the Interior inside as it was previously an old jewlery store, they still use the displays on the wall. They have a simple menu, and the macaroons are great! Definitely worth checking...out!More
