Noting good to say about our experience here. We waited 30 mins to place our order, another hour to get our order and then another 30 mins after we finished to get our bill. We had to flag down our waitress multiple times to get...drinks and our bill. The food was ok. My chicken was very rubbery, I couldn’t tell if it was just cooked wrong or if it was under cooked. Stopped in to Caseys for dinner as a family - the service was OKAY - our server eventually warmed up as the meal progressed. The food was good - consistent with what you'd expect at a Caseys. Lots of options for a wide range of...dietary restrictions which is always nice to see. The only MAJOR downside was we visited during an extreme heatwave and I don't know if they don't have air conditioning or what but it was incredibly hot inside - like almost uncomfortable. Nothing an ice cream and a visit to the beach didn't cure. We'd definitely return.More
Had dinner on a Wednesday night with friends from my book club. The service was excellent - waiter was efficient, friendly and pleasant, and went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. Good menu, with a wide selection of choices....A great idea to be able to order a smaller portion of dessert, in case you don't have room for a lot more food! I would definitely recommend.More
We had a great lunch at Casey's. We were a group of three and ordered chicken strips, french onion soup, and a club sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Thanks to our server Caleigh!
We were a party 2 couples.. I ordered Club Trio , on GF , with roasted pepper soup and fries. Disappointed with the ‘chicken’ on the sandwich, it was deli sliced vs chicken meat. The soup and GF bun ( didn’t crumble and fall apart)...was good, and the fries were mediocre. 1 in our group had the onion rings, they seemed ‘mushy’ , like they were ‘minced’. Was at Casey's North Bay for lunch on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Arrived at restaurant and seated by 12:10pm. Ordered food within a few minutes and got drinks. Did not receive our lunch (french onion soup and 2 fish tacos, and stack sandwich with caesar...sise salad) until almost 12:55pm! Waitress never came over once to explain delay or ask if all was good!. Had to ask for a discount - only got 15% off. Manager did not come over to see us. Yelled at us when we were half way back to vehicle indicating he hoped we enjoyed our meal. We left at 1:20pm. Slowest service ever! Not going back again! We usually go a couple times a month.More

I'm under the weather and didn't want to leave my apartment. Casey's doesn't usually deliver but they heard how sick I was and offered to drop off my dinner. So very thoughtful and appreciated!! I ordered the Roasted Red Pepper Soup which was to die...for. The open faced Steak Sandwich which was Very Tasty and the Cheesy Cappoletti with a chicken breast added which was Amazing!! I will have left overs for a few days for sure!! Everything was Amazing, Tasty and Very Much Needed to cheer me up. Thank you Casey's for bringing me dinner and something to Smile about!!More
They accommodated my vegetarian request, were polite, helpful and provided a very good experience. Restaurant is also very nicely maintained
This restaurant has adapted to the temporary covid restrictions very well by expanding patio to their lawn. The food was amazing and better than most box restaurants which Im told Caseys used to be part of but are now all independent. Definitely holds its own....Servers were warm and friendly and a joy to interact with. We were in North Bay 4 days and ate at Caseys twice because it was top notch. Will definitely be back.More

The first time could have been a fluke. But twice? About a year ago I tried sitting in the bar part instead of the restaurant area and we were thrilled with the whole experience. But the last 2 times we've come in to Caseys and...tried to recapture that same experience, I can't stress enough how terrible it's been. It was the same bartender/waitress both times(whom, if I'm not mistaken, has waited on me many years ago in the restaurant). She was both impatient and contrite. With tables around us as well! We even overheard her complaining to a table about other customers and her coworkers! I'm just so shocked as I've never heard someone in customer service be this vocal about how much she dislikes her job WHILE doing that job. Is this acceptable now? Yes, the food was taking a long time. And no, it wasn't nearly as good as it normally is. But we were so uncomfortable by the end of it, we really just wanted to pay and leave! I HATE giving this place andything but a gpowing review, but this is completely unprofessional. As I said, the first time I had a bad experience with this waitress in the bar, I wrote it off as a bad day. But this time around I have to chalk it up to seriously bad business. I won't stop coming to Casey's. But if this is the level of service I can expect, I'll be sitting in the restaurant from now on.More

Have been disappointed in the past but recently, after two visits, have found the food and service especially to be much improved.
The restaurant is right off the Highway with ample parking a great atmosphère excellent service and a really good menu to satisfy most palets. Will definitely recommend it to Friends and colleagues.
Came here late for my birthday and because other people were at my table and got half price apps, they wouldn’t honour the free meal on your birthday! So I had one drink and ended up saving the money and going out somewhere else. Talk...about an awful experience for my birthday. This is a place I come pretty often and will never be coming back after tonight.More
