Lunch 3-course meal $19.25 & Dinner 5-course meal $40.00 until April 2022. We believe food is more than just a meal… it is a culinary experience. In this unique learning environment students create and serve decadent multi-course meals under the training and supervision of Canadore’s award-winning chefs de cuisine and experienced professors. The dining experience is based on a classical foundation with modern cuisine and also features Ontario wines, local beers and fine single malt scotches. A must-visit dining room!!

The faculty and students of Canadore College spoil their dining guests at 100 Elements. Our Asian themed evening explored a variety of flavours expertly prepared and artfully presented. The ambient themed music was not lost on us! New to the dining room, are large screen monitors allowing diners to peek into the busy kitchen and take in "the action". If you're fortunate, you'll secure a booking for the in-kitchen Chef's Table experience.Take a drive to the campus and meet the chefs of tomorrow!

Dining at its finest!

First year students in the Culinary Arts Program at Canadore College prepare and serve the most divine lunches possible. You can choose from three starters, three entrees and three desserts. (Menus are online.) The food is prepared under the supervision of the instructors and is excellent quality. The service is excellent and the students are very attentive to the diners' needs. My husband and I rarely go to a restaurant but I have reserved six, yes, SIX, lunches for this semester. The time of service runs from mid-January to mid-April. Not to be missed! Second year students prepare and serve dinners and that's a whole other story.

8 “thumbs up” for Canadore Students!

Just wrapped up our second Curb side 100 Elements dinner and need to say kudos to Chef Fintan, Canadore Culinary students and 100 Elements staff!! This time we had dinner for 8 of us and it went without a hitch. AND we live in Sundridge and hour away And we didn’t get our mains served until many hours after that and still everything was Excellent! We did it up in style, dug out the good dishes and had a nice selection of wines to compliment. Mains went into a low heat oven to stay warm and were nice at hot when served. I did my best to plate the food in true 100 Elements style and had a blast “playing” restaurant. 100 Elements is my favourite place to dine out and remains true now. Hats off to the quick thinking and planning for this amazing curb side experience, even a global pandemic is no match! We are already planning our next Dinner!!!

100 Elements - The Curbside Experience!

Dear Culinary Students and Staff, My husband and I enjoyed curbside pickup from 100 Elements for dinner last night and words cannot express how wonderful our experience was. The process was ridiculously easy and safe, beginning with the online ordering feature and contactless pickup at the College. We appreciated the simple (and recyclable) packaging and we truly felt celebrated as each container held a “culinary present” for the each of us. My husband and I were so excited about our meals that I completely forgot to take a picture of our set-up as I wanted to share it with you and with my social media! We didn’t speak much during dinner other than the sharing of random words such as WOW, YUMMMM, AMAZING, OMG, HOLY WOW to vocalize our absolute love for the food we enjoyed. Thank you for creating such a beautiful process to allow members of our community to participate in a culinary experience like no other and for enjoying the results of your ongoing learning. Congratulations on your hard work so far! We will continue to celebrate and encourage your delicious work from home. We look forward to picking up our next meal! What a treat!

Chef Emilie and her team served up an amazing 5 course meal. From the starter shrimp to the mouth watering steak, we enjoyed every single bite....the desert was decadent. The curb pick up was above average, prompt pick up at 5 delivered by the chef herself. The dishes were still nice and warm when we got home with an explicit menu explaining everything we'd be enjoying. Thank you 100 elements! We look forward to dinning with you again soon.

Wonderful Treat for the ER staff!

We were treated to a 5 course meal from 100 Elements. Shelley Busch was the chef that organized these meals and Kudos to her and her team!! These meals were delivered free of charge and were enjoyed by each and everyone in the department. The meal was absolutely delicious and highly recommended!

Best restaurant in North Bay

I have been going to 100 Elements for many years and it is always a fantastic experience with just as great of food! You will not beat the price for the quality and amount of food you get! I did their 5 course dinner last week which was takeout style due to COVID. The food was excellent as always and pick-up was easy. Their menu changes weekly now but I recommend trying whatever they are offering that week as they will make it delicious!

Curb Side Pick Up

100 Elements knocked it out of the park with Menu 2, curb side pick up. Brilliant idea to have a "warm fish & chip salad", that alone was a 10/10. Easily one if the best salads I've had! The food was fresh & hot. Chicken was juicy and all the sides were delish! The crab 'amuse' was a nice surprise (spicy but so much flavour!). The desert, I reluctantly shared with my husband but gladly would have savored all to myself! If you haven't had great curb side experience since COVID, I recommend you give this a try!! Must must must!

Dinner Party Delight!

Fantastic dinner for six last night. The lamb was still tender and pink, even after we had to re-heat before serving. The shrimp cocktail with trio of sauces was also delish! Dessert was light and the meringues were crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. Great job, Canadore students, and thank you for making my dinner party "a piece of cake!"

Excellent food and experience, delivered by food services students at Canadore College

This was an excellent meal. The meals are prepared and served by students at Canadore College, but the food and service was nothing less than professional. Please be aware that reservations (made very far ahead - like weeks or months) are only available during the school year. Well worth the planning though!

What a lovely experience. Keep in mind, everyone is learning. We were there for the surf and turf meal. Unfortunately, our table of tenderloin came out overcooked for everyone, but it was still delicious (hard to ruin tenderloin!). Everything else was absolutely lovely. If you can believe it, the highlight was the mashed potato balls!! We mentioned to the teacher as she came around that the meat was overcooked (for informational purposes only), she was very appreciative of the feedback. Will definitely return. Can't wait to see what's up next.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a fine dining experience today. Servers were very attentive and courteous. The menu was delicious, from our tasty soup/salad courses, delicious steak main to our fantastic desserts. We have already booked future visits!

Excellent Culinary Experience !!!!

We did curb side pick up for a party of 4. Pick up was prompt, pleasant and professional. The food was outstanding and hats off to the students who prepared the food. We have travelled the world and ate at many fine restaurants and 100 Elements is right there.

Best place to eat in North Bay. It IS a classroom and learning location for the culinary students, but runs like a top notch restaurant. Fine dining. Delicious food. Great service.

100 Elements if by far the best restaurant in town! The service is awesome and the food is delicious. You won't leave hungry. It gives the students hands on and real life experience. A must try!
