Went to North Bay to do a university tour on November 11. Recommended by our tour guide. Wow!!We all loved the meals we got. I had a thai dish and my husband and son had Japanese (bento boxes).Nice atmosphere and excellent service. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is a great little gem. The food is always full of flavour and very generous portions. The staff are attentive and personable. You are wise to call ahead for reservations, especially during the festive season.

Ate here for lunch with colleagues. I had the cold rolls with chicken, which was recommended when I asked for something tasty but on the lighter side. My colleagues had pad Thai, beef and broccoli, and a General Tao chicken (not sure I got that right). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. Great atmosphere. They had scented candles that gave off... More

Great lunch as always. Tried something new - Pho. Quite tasty. Great staff. Good sense of humour with regulars. Chilly in some areas of the restaurant - feel a draft. Scented candles burning and place smells great. But if you had a sensitivity to smells, you would have a hard time.

We come every time we pass through North Bay and it never disappoints! I had the chow mien and my partner had general Tao. Both dishes were great!

We ate at the Green Papaya on a recent trip through northern Ontario. The restaurant is not quite up to the Thai food found in large multicultural cities like Toronto or Vancouver but it's pretty darn good for northern Ontario! The Pad Thai was acceptable, and the Green Curry dish was also okay, but we all agreed that the Szechuan... More

They offer the best hot and sour soup in town, best coconut shrimps and the best mango salad. I also like their General Tao dish and any of the red or green curry dishes.

We were passing through North Bay and ate lunch at Dave Green Papaya. The bento boxes were awesome. Fresh, well prepared and tasty. This restaurant is a must if you are in North Bay
