Nice restaurant to try some warm seafood. Shared the calamari, TACOS, Salmon and the paella. Was amazing. Slow on the service otherwise good food. Enjoyed it. Was craving for some good seafood

The service at Noble Bistro is terrible, waiter was rude and very arrogant, despite the fact that the restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. Ordered as an appetizer the shrimp and scallops with muscles, the muscles were so bad that the smell was noticeable...from the time the waiter put the plate down. The muscles could have easily made one of us severely ill, luckily we sent them back. The waiter than told us “ This happens with live products “, when in actuality it shouldn’t at a high end restaurant. He agreed to take it off our bill and insisted that the chef make us another one, which we refused as no one wanted more muscles ( the smell was still lingering and two of us who touched the muscles had to go and wash our hands). 10 minutes later, the waiter brought out another shrimp and scallops with muscles despite our insistence not to, he then just left it on our table insisting the chef had personally checked the muscles. Once again rotten muscles!!!! Even the chef came out this time and said that he was embarrassed by what happened and had no excuse. The rest of the meal was fine, Steak, Salmon and Crab Legs were all good. The biggest issue was the service, pompous, arrogant and did not care that they could have made one of us sick!!! We have been to Noble multiple times in the past and the food has always been great, given the mistakes and service this time we probably won’t be back.More

We enjoyed a lovely drink on the patio and were only going to enjoy the patio and leave. Then we started to see the wonderful food coming out of the kitchen. Heavenly smells. The tables were so happy with their wonderful food that the four...of us changed our plans and decided to tuck into something yummy. We were not disappointed. I ordered a steak, rare, with pepper corn sauce. Perfection. I am still dreaming of it. Two of our party order the paella, loved it. My other friend ordered the sea food platter. My husband and I had a date night dinner here last weekend and were disappointed. We’ve eaten here before and always find the menu looks amazing yet the food is just okay and the portions are tiny. The lobster bisque was a watery broth without...any lobster pieces or cream and richness. It tasted more like a fishy can of tomato soup. The cucumber salad was tiny and was missing some acidity to balance the flavours. The tiny piece of sea bass was tasty but came with no accompaniment to fill you up. So our dinner date night ended up being an expensive, mediocre appetizer.More

We visited Noble Bistro on Sunday (Jul 2021). A previous reservation had been made as we wanted to alert the restaurant that my husband has a shellfish allergy. The staff (servers and chef) went above and beyond to accommodate this. They recommended the best options...for him that would have no risk of cross-contamination, they prepared everything for him separately. I mean, as soon as we got there and gave the server our name, she knew this is the family with the shellfish allergy. I am very, VERY impressed with their quality service. And oh yeh, the food was REALLY GOOD too! I 100% recommend this restaurant.More

It was our first time dining at this Oakville establishment and what a pleasant experience, especially during Covid. We were celebrating a special birthday and could not be more pleased from everything from the venue which was organized and clean, to the delicious food &...the outstanding VIP service from all staff. The hospitality we received far surpassed our expectations starting from the delicious wines, to the lobster bisque, grilled calamari, Seafood Antipasto and also the Clams! Our decadent mouth-watering mains were all outstanding, we had the Pan Seared Sea Bass which was cooked to absolute perfection, as was the Salmon Filet and the Prime Beef Tenderloin. Still craving the Sea Bass and already planning to order for takeout soon! We dined on the lower level which was beautifully spaced and would be perfect for private functions once things start to become possible again. Noble Bistro is a hidden gem of a great restaurant experience and we are looking forward to returning especially after lock down has ended; we cannot believe it took us this long to discover it! Booking the reservation was extremely cumbersome and required several calls and call backs with visa information required for securing the seat. (not opposed to the securing of the seat but the process is les than professional or easy) At arrival, they were somewhat confused with...the reservation, after 4 phone calls to reserve, and we were then ushered to the back of the restaurant and down a set of stairs into a basement, YES, a basement! (if only I had been asked if I was ok with sitting in the basement after the third call) The basement had no windows and was damp and dead, not fine dining at all! The food; the oyster were good and well worth the $20/6; however, that's where it ended . I had the lobster linguini with what tasted like store bought pasta and with a very scarce amount of lobster; however, the roe sauce is one of the best I have ever had! An $11 old fashion that was made completely wrong and I was only asked how my drink was upon paying my bill. My recommendation would be to book a seat if you're after great oysters but to keep looking if you're intentions are anything more than oysters and a very expensive sauce sampling.More

We got takeout - Lobster bisque, baked Arctic Char with mashed potatoes, Linguine with crab & crawfish, some amazing chocolate dessert. First time visiting this restaurant. Waitress was lovely. Ordered the crispy fried calamari as an appetizer. It was similar to something you’d order at a local pub. My main course was the lobster linguine. It was less than mediocre. Hardly any lobster. Garnished with empty...lobster claws. Dish was soupy and bland. I told the waitress and she sent over the manager who didn’t seem to care and kept repeating that it was a signature dish and the chef pre-portioned the lobster. Don’t care. I didn’t enjoy it. Bill came for our group which was over $300....and they didn’t take my dish off the bill. Won’t be back. Very disappointed. And I’ll be mentioning this to my Oakville friends.More

I visited Noble last night and was so impressed by the delicious food, amazing service, beautiful venue and felt completely safe with all the strict covid guidelines they were following. Noble was decorated so beautiful for the holidays and is located in beautiful downtown Oakville...where you can walk around after the delicious meal. The food was incredible, plated beautifully, served hot and full of flavour. I had the lobster that was delicious and my friend had salmon, loved how they asked how we wanted the salmon cooked. Appetizers was amazing, best Caesar salad I’ve ever had, and excellent wine selection. We definitely will be returning soon!More
