Wow I can’t believe that manager or owner or whoever he is actually was very rude to us. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and when the manager/owner brought it to our table it was incorrect. He went back to the staff and then came back to us and said “well this is what you paid for” then walked away. I’ve never been treated that way before at this place. Probably will take my business elsewhere where you are treated properly.

Staff aren't trained properly. On one visit my daughter wasn't allowed in because her health card didn't have a picture (which is standard for a health card for a 14 year old). So second time, she brought her student card with her vaccine cerificate and she was allowed in, because the card didnt' have her date of birth. Last time we will be going there.

The owner of this establishment is very rude and did not care for his customers. He did not properly understand what he needed to ask my 14 year old to show with her vaccination passport and was quite rude to her and her friend. They seem to have differed rules everytime they go there. It is quite sad because we have been going there for year's. We will not be going back there again.

Love the atmosphere…Starbucks quality Latte, with a cozy feel! Income here at least once a week with my wife to enjoy a Mocha latte. They always serve your coffee to the table, and have some delicious deserts as well.

I have been going to this coffee culture for years. The previous owner was amazing. Since under new management it has not been the same and today just proved that. Went with a friend, and ordered the lunch combo. I asked if the tuna on the sandwich was white tuna, I was told yes. When I got the sandwich, the tuna was dark and disgusting. I never took a bite of the sandwhich and returned it to the counter to ask for another type of sandwhich. The lady at the counter got the manager. I explained the issue to the manager and the response was "what do you want me to do with it, it's made now" I explained I was under the assumption that the sandwhich would made with solid white tuna, which it was not. The managers reply was "tuna is tuna", took the plate from me through the sandwhich in the garbage and said "there now what else would you like. I told him my choice, he made, brought it to me and lite through the plate on the table and walked away. Unbelievable the worst customer service from a manager. I will not be returning and neither will my friends.

Great food, whether you order a sandwich, salad or desert. Sandwiches and salads are always made fresh to order, a good selection of coffees, teas and other beverages. Clean restaurant. A little on the pricy side if feeding a family but food is good quality.

This BUGS me!!

I went here with my young daughter to get her some dessert. She ordered the waffle with fresh fruit and maple syrup. I just got a coffee and my wife a scone. We asked if it was real maple syrup when we ordered and it ended up coming with a pack of maple syrup flavoured corn syrup. A quarter of the way through the waffle we noticed something moving on the bottom of the plate. There was a couple tiny insects scurrying under the waffle when we lifted it. At this point my daughter is crying because she probably ate bugs. We showed the one waitress and she was mortified. She returned a few minutes later and plunked down the money for the waffle. We decided to leave and wanted to talk to the manager and she was so indignant. Most managers would have came over to talk to us or apologize but she told us the plates are all clean and the waffles are cooked fresh so no idea how bugs got there. Ummm maybe there are bugs in the fruit?? Sorry but we will not be back.

This is a great place to meet and have a chat over coffee. There is a good selection of beverages and quite a good food selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ambiance is good and there is a seating area around a fireplace in addition to booths and regular tables.

At 3:30 I went with 4 other friends. One of my friends bought me a cookie and each of my friends bought themselves something to eat and drink. I'm not a coffee drinker or tea drinker, so I just wanted a glass of water to go with my cookie. When I got to the counter, the man was very rude and told me I was not allowed to stay in the restaurant if I didn't by anything. Then I turned to 2 of my friends and told the man these were my friends and if I could get a glass of water which then he completely ignored me. I then sat down at the table with my the rest of my friends and told them what happened. One of my friends felt bad, so he went up to the counter and got a glass of water for me. It was not a good experience.

Love the unique variety of sandwiches offered at Coffee Culture. Today i had Potato bacon soup with my sandwich and it was fantastic!!!! Not sure if it they make their soups but it was good enough to be homemade. Our specialty coffees could have been hotter and the gal behind the counter was helpful but could have smiled. If those two things were taken care of I would have given the location 5 stars.

Pleasant place to talk and have a dessert and coffee

Driving by this often I have wanted to stop in as it seems to look nice from the outside. The décor inside was nice also, a gas fireplace, a few bucket chairs and some nice booths and tables. We had some nice coffee, dark roast with raspberry cheesecake and a caramel cake brownie shaped kinda dessert. Both good. With the coffee good, and not being too loud it was a nice change from all those other coffee places that all look the same. A good size menu with sandwiches and glass full of muffins cakes and such,... A little expensive but I am blame it on the raspberry cheesecake as it was large and those things usually do cost.
