We ordered one beaver tail to share between three people. We ordered the vanilla icing with cookies and loved every bite of it! My kids tried to convince me to get another one! The staff were very friendly and the location is clean with a few tables in front as well as a side table with barstools on the other... More

This place is great for a quick snack. The line can get long, but they take so little time to make that it moves quickly. The beaver tails are very sweet, so I tend to share with a friend. Don't forget napkins - you will be covered in sugar :)

So good you could tell it was bad for you! I had this on my first ever day in Canada. I could happily eat them al day long! highly recommend having at least one while you're there. Maybe not every day or you'll end up the size of a house!!!

Everybody - from the cabin crew to friends- told me to make sure to eat beaver tails. Having eaten some strange food on travels I genuinely thought I would be fed the tail of a poor animal - especially since my friends led me to believe it. I was very surprised to be served a delicious type of cake.

Beaver Tails a must be done experience for the uninitiated foreign tourist but you'll be among very many locals too! A calorific snack but loads of flavour combinations on a thick dough base makes a very tasty afternoon delight. Difficult to eat at minus 20 deg and gloves on but well worth the effort! Could visit it several times but... More

Omg I have been dreaming about this since my first bite about a week ago!! The staff was very helpful in making suggestions for first timers. There is a flute player near the sitting area so there is some entertainment while enjoying your delightful treat.

The atmosphere is created by the whole market ambiance really more than the Beaver Tails people, but it's there, regardless. The pastries themselves are so addictive that we don't really go near the place unless we have visitors. For those who like the combination of sweet and sour, the Killaloe Sunrise is a must. Our visitors have tried others, but... More

Always a treat to eat Beaver Tails downtown Ottawa. This time at the Sens Foundation Rink of Dreams at City Hall. So good and yummy. The staff are always great!

There's nothing like a Cinnamon and Sugar Beavertail whether it's minus 20 outside or plus 25! Always good, always tasty. It's an Ottawa tradition you have to try whether you are visiting or live in the Ottawa area!

Thank Kevin B
