I am so sad our trip to Ottawa is over because Beaver Tails are my new favorite thing. So yummy! We had both the chocolate and the maple. Will definitely be back to Ottawa and getting a Beaver Tail will be a top priority!

Waiting in line at -9 degrees is worth it for these delicious pastries. I remember doing this 30 years ago and now I do it with my children.

I think it wasn’t as wonderful as the hype or costs but pretty good and a must taste if in Ottawa. Run by teenagers who are pleasant and busy

This is the best thing to have during winter. Just imagine when the temperature is far below zero, people are skating at the Rideau canal and you can enjoy this snack.

Yep - and there are multiple locations in the winter on the Canal. Go skating, have a beaver tail. Start with a killaloe sunrise then try a different flavour.
