As someone who normally does not eat vegetarian meals, I was not expecting how great the food was. The Hambuger (Royale), the dumplings and the Peanut Butter Cups! All fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is more of a carnivore and wanted to try...More
Worst service ever received in my life.
When bringing up this consistent trash to the manager, who was supposed to be our waitress but was yapping on and on to another waitress right behind us, she sassed me off like a fifteen year old girl....More
In Ottawa for the weekend and friends suggested PureKitchen. We were not disappointed. While there was a 20 minute wait for a table, it was a busy Saturday and the food. wow... well worth the wait.

Sunday May 13. 1:02pm. We even beat the rush, as there were many empty tables when we arrived. We did notice a line up at the doors around 1:30pm. We told ourselves that we "were lucky to beat the rush". Turns out we didn't.
We saw a few tables get served before we did, AND having arrived after us. Three orders were mains and one starter, myself, (a poutine). One shared appetizer for the table, which came in at a decent time.
This was at the Richmond location. No manager were spoken to at the time since we were thoroughly unimpressed with the whole situation.
In regards to why others received their orders earlier, we were told that they only ordered appetizers. While that may be true for maybe one table, but to say that for three other families is quite unbelievable to say they ALL got only appetizers.
Yes, I do understand what you said about sometimes delays can occur, but the fact that my family arrived during a time where it was fairly empty and to wait a total of 52minutes for three plates, (one being a poutine) that is highly unacceptable.
All in all, a very unsatisfied visit to this restaurant located in Westboro.
