I go to Reynolds quite often (5 to 6 times per week) for breakfast. Six days a week the service is perfect! The Server on Wednesday's is not very good at delivering good service. Today I ordered my regular... Coffee and Ice water, I got...the coffee but no water. I ordered poached eggs with crisp bacon and home fries with onions. Never got the onions. I had to wait over ten minutes for a refill on my coffee and I only got it then because I flagged her down. I asked for peanut butter for my toast and she never brought it. She did bring the water the second time I asked but she was not in any hurry to do so. Breakfast is all about the service, I tip well and like good service. This server got 0 and deserved it.More
I work at an office that orders from Reynold's quite regularly. Today I called to order and was asked to hold, no problem, it was lunch time, so perfectly understandable, but, to hear them talking and the one woman explaining to a man that she...could hear me saying "hello" "hello" on the phone, this was after 10 minutes of "waiting", and no one came to pick up the phone. I ended up hanging up after over 13 minutes of being kept waiting. Unacceptable, and very disappointing.More
Very good breakfast. Eggs perfectly cooked, delicious breakfast sausage, excellent fresh cut home fries, real rye bread. Good coffee. Kids pancakes were excellent too. Very friendly, quick, attentive service in a casual setting. Plenty of parking on the lot. Great value. My favourite breakfast joint...in NCR.More
Used to be a nice family restaurant Pre Covid Good breakfast at reasonable rates. Only Pre covid issue is they should provide a jam/peanut butter basket without having to request it ... they seem to begrudge little extras. Currently a possible super spreader event. I...felt very uncomfortable as a senior in the environment. . Wait until you have the vaccine to visit this establishmentMore
Reynolds is a wonderful small business restaurant. very well priced food and friendly service, who go above and beyond. Highly recommend any breakfast, club sandwich and poutine!!
Today we ordered delivery from this place they said it was going to take 45 mins and after two hours of wait, we got nothing. We ended up cancelling... and they acted as if they didn't care. Very unhappy with the experience.
This is one of my go to places for breakfast in the west end. Good food and fast service. Prices are reasonable. Lots of parking.
Amazing club sandwich with fries and a side of gravy at this place. Great spot for breakfast too. Very reasonably priced for 2019 too. Delivery in the area is always very quick.
I visited Reynolds Restaurant while I was in the area for a meeting. My stomach was grumbling and a quick trip advisor search showed Reynolds got great reviews so I walked in over and gave it a try. I was greeted right away by the...lovely server/hostess and picked my own table to sit at. I received a menu and coffee right away and picked the Combo breakfast. I had my breakfast in the table in less than 5 minutes. Barely enough time to sip some coffee and read the weather! Everything was cooked properly, and the scrambled eggs were done just the way I like them. Great portions for the price and super friendly service. There were a bunch of regulars who came in after I did. Everyone knew everyone else’s names which was neat. I’ll have to make an excuse to go back sometime.More
My favourite diner in Ottawa. Friendly staff great food. When I ask for poached soft I get poached soft very few even try. My friend ordered the club sandwich for breakfast and I quote “ that’s the best dam club I’ve ever had” was The...first thing out of his mouth after taking a biteMore
I go to this restaurant every weekend for breakfast. Best breakfast in the city. A few weekends ago i had family visiting and took them there - 9 people eating full breakfasts for $180.00 taxes in (not including tip). You can't beat that anywhere. And...if you like peameal bacon, this is the spot to go, it's the best! The service is great as well. It's always the same girls working and they are efficient and friendly. It may not be the prettiest spot in the city but it is the best breakfast for the best prices and has great service. P.S. Their club sandwiches are amazing too!More
Good choices, hot and at a good price. All's we had was breakfast and it was exactly what I ordered. Lots of room it site. Easy to get to with ample parking. They also have specials of the day that I will have to try...sometimes. This place is a 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.More
Every week or so I show up in the early p.m. with one or more of my family for the dead-honest breakfast specials in this small and friendly joint. Yes, they do all-day breakfasts. Everybody here seems to know everybody else. They all work on...cars. In the summer the parking lot features a couple or more gleaming muscle cars, but nobody's showing off and nobody brags. My fave ride is the 1967 Beaumont that I often see there. Regulars come and go all day. The food is basic and actually good, the portions are big, the service is fast, and the prices are easy on the wallet. Most of the regulars have white hair and seriously interesting histories--I might qualify there--but don't go for the ambience. Instead get combo #1, or maybe the eggs Benedict--yes, really, eggs Benedict. All the lunch specials are good as well. This place is the real deal--real people, real food. What you see is what you get.More
The food is average, but the service is excellent and friendly. I had the nachos that sadly arrived cold, and the pecan pie, which was excellent, but a little on the small side.
