This Thai food is delicious. We got wonton soups, authentic pad Thai with shrimp, cashew beef, and a curry chicken chef special. The staff were very welcoming. The restaurant has a very relaxing atmosphere, almost felt like being at a spa or meditation centre. Definitely recommend!

We used to eat in the restaurant pre-pandemic but have been relying on their take out service since 2020. It's every bit as delicious. We love their glass noodles, all their varieties of Pad Thai, and always get their mango salad. We just enjoyed a birthday feast, including hot & sour soup, pumpkin soup, and a lemongrass coconut soup. Great service which is always friendly.

We had dinner with friends at Jasmine Thai before heading off to the Blue Rodeo show at the PMC. Dinner was outstanding once again. We each picked a dish so we could all share and each dish was delicious!!!
Service was great as well.
We’ve never had a bad experience with this amazing restaurant whether it’s picking up dinner and enjoying it at home or visiting the restaurant in person.

Delivery for 2 people to Hastings - 31km was $31 (which is fair enough for the distance) BUT, it arrived half an hour later than promised and was just awful. Shrimp, scallops and squid all well overcooked and vegetables massively undercooked. Beef incredibly tough. Rice was fine and sauces good. Will not be eating here again!

I made reservation for my wife and I for Mothers day dinner, reservation was on time however our service was on the slow side to start, we waited for quite a while to be asked if we wanted a drink, seeing as we had time while waiting, we thought best to order our food when the server came to our table. So we ordered our drinks, appetizer and main dishes at the same time. There was another bit of a wait but once the drinks were served the food began to come out appy's first and our mains shortly thereafter!
I think they might have been a bit short staffed as when we arrived they were not that busy but the restaurant soon filled and eventually they seemed to catch up.... the food was very good so we will go back to give them another chance!

This used to be the number 1 rated restaurant in Peterborough but it's really gone downhill. I don't think that I will be ordering or visiting again.
The online ordering system is a disaster...no updating of order pickup times, incomprehensible choices and orders not ready when they say it will be so you show up and wait...why did I bother to order online??? To top it off, the wait staff was incredibly surly with me because I pointed out that the order was not only not ready but it hadn't even been submitted to the kitchen when I arrived!!!! Really disappointing.

My take out order was significantly short of what I payed for. I live 45 minutes from Peterborough so getting in the car and driving back to pick up what was missing was not an option. I called to try to come to an amicable solution, and owner hung up on me ! (By the way I was not being abusive at all.) I try to support as many small restaurants and businesses as I can as I know it is hard for them during these trying COVID times. But hanging up on me and not accepting my call back is simply unacceptable. I was not looking for a full refund, just a proportional credit towards a FUTURE purchase. Not even money back just a fair credit for what was missing that made my $140 meal quite incomplete. They could have had me as a regular customer ( as many of Peterborough's restaurants do), spending a couple hundred dollars every 2-3 weeks. Instead they made it clear that my satisfaction and my support was not important to them. If this is how they treat their customers I will take my business elsewhere. It is really too bad as when I picked up the order the lady seemed very nice and I thought this would be a long term relationship, but I cannot let some one be disrespectful to me like that when I did nothing wrong. I ordered food ...I paid for food...I picked up food and even tipped for takeout. It was their mistake. I even told her we are all human and mistakes happen, so at that point was not holding it against her, but when your error turns the situation into a less than favorable experience for your customer, you need to try to make it right. I wish them well but cannot return for future business as they have clearly let me know my business is not important to them.

We have greatly enjoyed the cuisine at Jasmine Thai many times over the years and it is definitely one of our favourite restaurants in Peterborough. The food is consistently delicious and nicely presented. The vegetables are fresh and tender-crisp, and the meals arrive piping hot to the table. The restaurant is very clean and the Thai ambience is welcoming and peaceful. The servers have always been kind, friendly, welcoming, gracious, and professional. They are very understanding when I mention my gluten sensitivity and they graciously accommodate this dietary requirement. I am also grateful that despite the fact I am gluten sensitive and also vegetarian, there are a variety of options available, which I have found is not generally the case in many other restaurants. This is a beautiful restaurant and we look forward to enjoying many more of their Thai-inspired meals for many years to come.

This was just one of many times my wife and I had ordered takeout from this restaurant. Our usual order includes green curry, chicken pad Thai and some sort of rolls(spring rolls on this occasion). Unfortunately all dishes on this occasion were at best mediocre. Spring rolls were quite doughy and greasy. Curry was very watery , more so than could be absorbed by the accompanying rice, and the flavors were muted. The pad Thai noodles were mushy and overall flavour was lacking.
I think we will be hitting the pause button on patronizing this restaurant

We didn't dine in so this is a five-star rating just for take-out, but what great take-out! Very nice staff at counter, and very easy to order online and pay online. The flavors are excellent. I'm glad I got extra peanut sauce for our satay because it was so good we each wanted our own. The "Authentic Pad Thai" is full of very pleasant flavors but if you're looking for more kick then be warned it was just a little bit bland. My partner's pad see eew was perfect, and we haven't had rangoon this good in years, so good! The food was also wrapped excellently to stay hot, which I cannot say about other restaurants in this town. 10/10 would eat again!

We ordered in for 6 people for Father's Day/Birthday celebration. Order was ready when promised, delicious and generous. Still hot when it reached home and enough left-overs for dinner for 2 the next night. We have also eaten in on occasion. The owners/staff are always very friendly and informative of their many dishes. Lots of smiles make the dining experience more pleasant. It is not right on the road so the quaint little porch outdoor dining area is much nicer than big box restaurants. Will be sure to continue supporting Jasmine Thai.

What a gem! This is my new favourite restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious, and authentic. The service is professional and warm. The portions are huge. I am celiac and often get exposed to gluten eating out, but never here. The double check my allergies when ordering and make sure the dishes are gluten free and no cross contamination so I never get sick. Kids and adults in my household love the food and menu. Food is always ready on time when taking out and in a reasonable amount of time and restaurant ambience is lovely, great date night or family restaurant. My only problem is trying to order new dishes off the menu as I have my favourites and I can’t eat them all. Not a bad problem at all!

We love dining in at Jasmine Thai, but because of the lockdown we're forced to to take out which usually can be pretty hit or miss. We were not let down what so ever. Jasmine Thai had our order within 40 min at our door and the food was delicious!
We ordered:
Tom Yom Soup
Red Curry and rice
Pad See-Ew
All dishes were delicious.
I would recommend getting two servings of rice with the curry as you'll want to sop up every last drop!

We did not know Peterborough very well and were wandering around looking for somewhere for dinner. Happily we came across Jasmine Thai Cuisine in a somewhat obscure location - as I recall it was in a bit if a courtyard off a main street. Lots of choice on its Thai menu, and everything we ordered was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and lovely decor. We would certainly go back if we were in the area again.

I love going to this place, it's a little price-y but honestly, worth it. Wish it was just a bit cheaper so I could visit more often. The staff are super friendly - I have allergies and they are always accommodating when it comes to my meal. The red curry dish is my favorite, it's my go-to ! It's a little spicy but there's like this sweetness to it that makes me coming back for more every time.
