We recently had lunch at Natural Spice. The menu is large and the gentleman who served us said they are re-evaluating the menu and will be paring it down. It is somewhat overwhelming.
There was one person cooking and the other person serving, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It took a long time after getting our menus to get our order taken and quite a long time to get our food. In the meantime, we had made from scratch Chai tea which was very good.
We had a chicken dish that I can't remember the name of, but it was stuffed with raisins, etc. We ordered a side of rice and naan bread and it was a good size for the two of us and the flavours were great.
Hopefully as they more organized, they will have more wait staff because the time spent waiting for food could deter people from going back, especially if they are on a limited meal time break from work. We would say don't go if you are starving, or on a half hour lunch !! For this reason, I am giving it a lower rating for service.
We will go back and try some different dishes.

We are sincerely sorry for that. We always keep enough service staff for smooth service that day one of our service staff did not come on time.
Yes our menu is large because our concept is multi-cuisine i.e multi-cultural food.People can enjoy the taste they would love to have.
We always make our food fresh like your tea so that way you can get fresh & authentic taste. Again thank you for letting us know about your experience .

First time I’ve ever experienced bland Indian food. Even the garlic naan was lacking. Samosas were really greasy.

Please don't let the location fool you. Very clean, warm atmosphere. Waiter we had was friendly and helpful with our orders. I prefer very hot curry, I wasn't disappointed, HOT and very tasty. Huge choice of appetizers, mains and sweet deserts.This is a new Jem to Sarnia. I highly recommend this new Indian Restaurant. I have been to all the Indian restaurants in Sarnia, this one a must try, now my favorite!

Starting with a positive part, the person working was friendly
There was no staff , just 1 person
There were no customers, no good ambiance, all the dine in lights were off, on a Sunday evening, i guess i explained my point on this part
Moving on quality and quality as per price
Food truck quality at a 5 star restaurant price, I ordered 2 items , noodles and manchurian veg16oz , both $13.95 plus tax each
16 oz manchurian had 8 veg balls means almost $2 per ball,
Technically I spend almost 2 hours of my salary no drinks
I was sitting in the restaurant and heard beep beep (microwave running)
If I’m spending around $30.00 , I would rather have food heated instead of microwaved, because personally, microwave ruins the texture, but that’s me.
Hopefully I was able to give the most honest review and hope it helps the restaurant improve, even bringing down the prices can compensate the quality and quantity.

Delicious food, incredible service and timely preparation.
5 stars all around!!! If you’re in the mood for something different, try Natural Spice, if you like spicy, they can accommodate you. You wont eat here just one time. They set a new standard for Sarnias food. Delivery, take out or eat in, you cant beat this restaurant.
