We used to go to East Side Marios when we would go out of town as my kids really enjoyed food and atmosphere. My husband and I visited the Sarnia restaurant this past weekend. I can say I will definitely not ever be going back...to one. I realize that Covid has not been good for business, I do get it. However the place was dirty and just looked tired. The bread and soup, always good. That's where it stopped. I ordered the Calzone, tasted frozen, equivalent to hot pockets. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs, the sauce looked and tasted like it came from a jar. It seemed as though they are trying to cut corners to make up for Covid, unfortunately you are going to lose customers by doing so. Very disappointed from Chatham, OnMore

Tried to order my mom her favourite meal for mother’s day, I got there at the time they told me to and then sat in my car and waited for an hour and a half until they told me to come back in an hour,...so I did then after an hour I got there and they told me it’s still not ready. I ended up having to cancel my order. Very disappointingMore

Take out during this Covid time was excellent. Call in center wasn't working , happens a lot , but just dial #2 instead of #1 and you could talk to the restaurant. Folks at the restaurant did a great job getting the order put to...gether.More

We catered our Work lunch, everything was great! Food was hot, salad was fresh. Everything was delicious!

Every meal comes with the loaf of bread and side. The Family Deals are a steal, and super yummy! Will continue to order through the lockdown and after!

We had the veal for lunch and it was very good! Throw in the all you can eat bread and soup and salad and it is almost impossible to not to overeat. The take a meal home (promotion included with lunch/dinner) was very good also!...Very clean and well managed restaurant, Kaeli our server did everything right! my experience was Great! food was awesome defiantly recommend it. i ordered the spaghetti it was very good and the salad that they gave us was amazing!

The pasta was cold. Asked for it to be warmed up but it was the same. Tasted ok. Not a lot of flavour. Salad was good. th bread was great. IT was warm. Service Bread was good. Server great. All in all. Not going back....It’s turned into a good place if you are taking little kids out.More

When for lunch with my husband today and placed in a corner booth that was very cold and drafty with no heat in our area. We each ordered the Hamburgs and after placing the order another server came and told us they have only one...hamburg. I changed my order to something I didn't want. When our meals my arrived my food was cold and the server asked if we wanted mayonnaise I said yes. The server walked away and forgot all about us and the mayonnaise. I paid $45.00 for a very unsatisfying meal and will not be back again. Overall rating "0"More

we came on a relatively slow day during the long weekend the food was ok but the service was very slow

We ordered a special online that feeds a family of 4. 2 types of pasta including salad and bread for an excellent price. The food was delicious and we had more than enough for all 4 adults. I would definitely go back.
