Everything is delicious! Gluten free, lots of vegan choices, legit GF goods...texture and flavor are ON POINT. Nothing like the grocery store bricks of baked goods, all their items are made fresh and with love and it's totally noticeable! Donuts, bread, cookies, bagels, tarts, squares and bars, cupcakes...visiting this bakery is a MUST! All staff are super friendly too :)

As a regular at Edible Options, I can confidently say this bakery is a game-changer for anyone needing gluten-free treats and amazing bread. Being unable to have gluten can be challenging, but Edible Options makes everything so much better. They genuinely care about the taste and quality, making it a top-notch bakery.
My other half, who is Italian and grew up with homemade bread, is consistently blown away by how incredible everything from Edible Options tastes. The fact that he loves it speaks volumes about their products.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Today was my first venture into a store that sells only gluten-free food, and it was with a healthy dose of skepticism that I did so, having had experiences with gluten-free creations that ranged from 'hmm...not bad' to 'YEECCCHHH!'.
The person behind the counter was full of enthusiasm and patience as she named literally every item in the display case for me and answered my questions. I decided to purchase a double-chocolate doughnut, along with a loaf of fresh cinnamon-raisin bread and a frozen pizza dough.
My receipt later showed that the doughnut cost nearly $5. "That's insane!" I thought to myself. I sat down at my kitchen table to try this supposedly delicious gluten-free treat....reportedly good enough to please even picky children. As I opened the plastic shell I instantly saw that this was a BIG doughnut; it was easily two servings for me. So, really, I got two hand-crafted doughnuts at just under $2.50 apiece. Fair. I took a bite and chewed. The texture on the outside was slightly crisp, with a dense, moist, cake-like center. I swallowed and had to catch my breath as I actually exclaimed "WOW!" to my dogs, who heartily mirrored my sentiments in hopes of getting a taste. This doughnut was WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. Forget Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, Dunkin' D's, your gramma Pearl's family recipe and every other doughnut you've ever had. You have GOT to try this, even if you aren't gluten free! I promise you will not be disappointed!
Next, I tried the cinnamon-raisin bread, figuring there was no way they could hit the jackpot twice. I toasted up a slice and slathered on some honey-butter. I took a bite of the crust, which is the part I usually like the least, and smiled widely as I was transported back to my childhood and memories of eating the very same with butter and brown sugar on top. I'm still munching as I type this, and am amazed at how thoroughly and genuinely I am enjoying it. The toast has cooled down now, but not lost a bit of it's chewiness or flavour - something I noticed with most store-bought GF breads.
I am excited to try the pizza dough, but perhaps another time. My heart may not be able to take this much bliss in one day ;)
THANK YOU, Edible Options, for making gluten-free products an actual, viable option for me!

Bought a loaf of the fresh white bread for my good friends, who both suffer with celiac disease, and they both agreed that it’s the best GF bread they have ever eaten.

Having recently been diagnosed with Celiac disease, everyone said "be thankful because there are so many more gluten-free options now than there were 20 years ago." Although that may be true, the options were varied, but they weren't that edible. My sister in St. Catharines told me about Edible Options and I couldn't believe it when I tried their white bread. Without a word of a lie, it brought tears to my eyes. Here was a white bread that tasted soooo similar to the mass-produced grocery store loaves of white bread that I had been used to consuming. Another must try is their focaccia!
I now readily make the one hour drive to pick up what I need for the next week or two, and don't think twice about it. Bless you Jennifer, and thank you! See you next week.

This is by far the best GF bakery. The bread here is amazing, as are the cinnamon rolls! You will not be disappointed. They may be a bit pricey, but worth the taste. Prepare to fill your freezers my GF friends.

Hands down the best gluten free bakery every and I've tried them all so far in the GTA. I try to make a trip every few months and do a large order. I only wish I had a large freezer to be able to buy a lot. Their cinnamon buns are amazing with lots of icing. Such a treat and know that it's gluten free and dairy free.

It was a joyful moment when I first looked into their pastry case. I have multiple food allergies and intolerances. Their sandwich bread looked so good, and it had been so long since I'd had any, that I bought I loaf. It was delicious. After I ate it I remembered I'm allergic to bread yeast. Oh well. I paid for it, but it was still worth it. The lemon square was great.

On a cross Canada road tour we came here on the recommendation of a waiter at our previous evening’s restaurant. This place is pure heaven for a celiac! Five days later I’m still enjoying the sandwich bread. The cinnamon buns, pecan tarts and lemon bars are incredible. Pity they don’t ship!

This bakery is across from Niagara Health hospital. Sweets are a delight, bread & buns are great. I bring my family & friends here for a treat, and shop here regularly. Ask about what the specials of the day are -- you can pre-order breads, buns, bagels, cinnamon buns... Tasty treats. :)
