The Merchant Ale house has been around a long time. Much longer then the recent surge of micro breweries. I highly recommend trying all the brews and eating fish and chips

This brew pub is a a great find in downtown St. Catharines. The beer is wonderful and the food is surprisingly good. Even better, the service! I recommend the pulled pork!

Great place for local micro brewery beer and good eats. A fun place. Staff is friendly. Rustic casual atmosphere. Sometimes has live music.

We had a bite to eat before the Ice Dogs game. Really good food and nice service with a pretty large selection of local beer. I recommend the onion rings, they were something special.

They have fantastic beers and phenomenal food, the service is great. But it’s always busy which sucks sometimes because it hard to get seats. But it’s awesome and I’m always happy to come !
