Delicious fish dinner

I was at Fresco's for a retirement party on a Thursday evening. The group had a banquet style dinner. The staff were kind enough to allow me to order from the menu. The Branzino fish dinner was delicious! It came with a big salad, rice, veggies and a warm sourdough roll. A little pricey, but a nice treat for me. The service was excellent.

This higher-end Italian restaurant is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. There are 3 seating areas, sports bar area, main dining room, extra dining room (good for private parties, etc). We were there for Sun dinner as a big group of 16 as a gathering of high school classmates. We were seated at one long table. Our waitress handled orders well except for my unlimited refill pop, i asked her 3 times for a refill and she kept forgetting. I never got the refill. The food tasted good and were plated well. There was a large variety of food options. The only bad dish was the Vegan Pizza which looked horrible! They were kind enough to listen to the customer and remake it to her specifications. Entree prices ranged $14 to $23 to $29. The restaurant is well-decorated . They seem to like European family motorcycles. The manager was very friendly, helpful, and cooperative.

New Years Eve!

We have been coming here for years whenever we want a bit more of a "special" meal out. Our boys have grown up enjoying Frescos kids pizzas, burgers, pastas and more recently have expanded to calamari and fish tacos! We have always enjoyed our meals here and LOVE the friendly staff who always make us feel welcome. New Years Eve was no exception. Excellent experience, and one of probably the most delicious and well plated meals I have ever had. I ordered the Butternut squash ravioli, and it was beautiful on the plate, well balanced in flavour and had a nice variety of textures. Very well done folks! The rest of my family were very happy with their meals as well. Thank-you so much for yet another special evening for our family. See you again soon!

Restaurant used to be a lot better

I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant since it’s opened. It used to be fantastic but the last few years, it’s really gone downhill. The last 2 times I visited, there were issues with billing changes for things I didn’t order, more than once instance where things I did order that didn’t arrive & once when I mentioned I had ordered the item, the waitress told me I didn’t mention the item even though others heard me at the table instead of taking responsibility & saying she hadn’t heard me or forgot to write it down. There was also an instance of being told that an item that were listed as being an ingredient in multiple dishes on the menu wasn’t available even though I could smell the particular food when I entered the restaurant. There is no longer fresh pepper and anything but powdered cheese which isn’t even usually brought to the table anymore. It seems that the restaurant is cutting corners wherever it can but increasing the prices. I know the economy isn’t the best especially for non chain restaurants but there are many other non chain Italian restaurants in the city who are not doing these things.

Really Good But…

Ordered a Caesar salad and steak tacos. The tacos were the best I’ve have!! The Caesar salad wasn’t even worth eating. Not only did the salad dressing taste like bottled store bought crap, there was way too much dressing. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find a restaurant that has a decent Caesar salad. I would certainly go back to Frescos but not for a Caesar salad.

We had a fantastic take out meal. Salad/ Pasta/ Chicken@/ Steak Taco's were simply perfect. With so many restaurants closed this is a percect way to support your local restaurant with take out. Thank you for the curb side service.

Great Family Night Dinner. On Tuesdays

We have enjoyed the Tuesday Family Night special quite often. Consists of salad, pasta & meatballs & bread, served family style. Fresh and flavourful. Always have leftovers to take home. Service is great!

I have been going to Fresco's for years. They have amazing food, staff and a nice quaint environment for dinner. My husband and I had a delightful dinner for V-Day! Food was delish as usual. Our waiter Billy really made our experience even more delightful! Billy is a wonderful waiter. He was very attentive, and has a charming personality. Billy also has a witty personality and has us busting out in lots of laughs and smiles! The manager on duty was also just a hoot! Great job you guys :) Great food, great staff!

Love this place

Been many times. Only once our pasta was not very hot. They brought teally hot pasta back to us and apologized. The manager send over a free tiramisu Wow the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back, love their food and great service

Great Patio In The Summer

Very friendly staff. Owner is extremely pleasant. The food is good, but nothing overwhelming. Perfect for their price point. I wouldn’t order the paella again, but the other food at the table was good. Awesome sangria (our waitress recommended it, and I wasn’t disappointed - I think I ordered 3-4 lol). Overall, a nice restaurant, friendly environment and not over priced.

Great Takeout

We picked up spaghetti and meatballs for takeout tonight and were very happy with our meal. The pasta was al dente and the meatballs were excellent. Staff seems friendly and helpful. We will return.

Delicious food and excellent service!! The salads were fresh, the portions were generous and the ambiance perfect. We are outside, but the inside was nice too!! Our table of 12 was very happy!!
