Went to McDonald's and ask for a two can dine for 1198 manager said she couldn't do it since it was a mobile order only I've done this in the past through the drive-thru and all she would say is that it was a mistake...and should never been put through come on it's pretty simple all they had to do is override it and I left without the orderMore

We went for a quick meal on a weekday and found the service to be fine. The food was great - hot and tasty. I was surprised, however, that the place was so sparsely populated. Usually when you go to a McDonald's it's way more...busy than this one was. After reading some of the negative reviews regarding this location, now I understand why. It sounds like the management has a lot of trouble finding the right kind of staff. It's really too bad that so many people were unhappy with this location, but I have to say that our experience was a positive one. I hope they can get these problems resolved.More

EW. Order food and you expect to get the order correct considering how much this food cost. But no. Let’s not give the entire order or a straw for the drink, how pathetic that a person can not get one simple thing right. We like the coffee at McDonalds and go there rather than Tim Hortons. However we went for coffee at the drive thru at 10:00 this morning and ordered a café mocha and a coffee black. We received the mocha right away but were told they...were out of coffee and would have to pull over and wait and someone would bring the coffee to us. 10 minutes later we were given the coffee. by the time we got home about 3 minutes away the mocha was cold.. How does a so called café run out of coffee? We will think twice before going to that Mc Donald's again.More

This is an open letter to the staff/owner/anyone involved in working at or maintaining this particular establishment. I am a very quiet, even mannered person that nine times out of ten will never complain or even mention any sub-par service or experiences unless they are...particularly egregious, but I had to mention the experience I just had. I was in the drive through and ordered my usual order and was told that it didn’t exist. I explained that I had got this order multiple times there and at other locations and kept getting told that I was wrong and couldn’t order that because there was no such thing. I was a bit confused and asked for more clarification, explaining this was a regular order of mine. I was then told that I was going to be put on hold so he could ask for help (I assumed from his superior or manager) and was left sitting at the speaker with a long line of other cars behind me for about 20 minutes with no one coming back to even let me know what was going on. Eventually the screen showing the other item I had ordered was cleared and the screen went back to the original welcome screen, which seemed like they had just decided to ignore me, cancel my other order, and maybe hope I would just get tired of waiting to be served and leave. I felt bad for the long line of people behind me also waiting so I drove up to the window thinking maybe then I could get some service. Another 10 minutes approximately went by with the employees inside going about whatever they were doing and still completely ignoring me (and ultimately the rest of the people behind me). The manager eventually did come to the window and asked me what the problem was; I guess no one had even mentioned my dilemma to him or asked him for assistance like I was told was being done. I reiterated, very politely, again what my issue was and finally was informed that the order I wanted wasn’t available at that particular location. Now, had I been told that in the beginning instead of being dismissed, called a liar, and then ignored, I would have been fine with that. I would still have been confused due to the fact that I have been able to get this order at any location in the area, but I would have just ordered something different. I did so and it took them another 10 minutes for me to get anything at all, meanwhile the people behind me where so angry and frustrated almost all of them sped out of line in droves, losing the restaurant countless sales due to their incompetence, discourtesy, and apathy to their customers. I work in customer service as well so I know how difficult and thankless the service industry can be, but I also know that treatment like what I was given today is unacceptable. When I finally did get my order, several things were wrong with it and at this point I felt so disrespected like they didn’t even care; not about getting my order right and certainly not about the awful service I was given. I wasn’t offered an apology, an explanation, or any sympathy in any capacity. I would warn anyone to never go to this location and I sincerely hope the owners of this establishment are ashamed of the kind of service and behaviour being given there.More

Me and my friend were going in at the door a young lady was putting up the sign as I open the door she said we are closed so I let go off the door she then said "can't you read" this is unacceptable for...a staff member of any location to say and I will not be returningMore

Just sat in the drive-thru for no freaking kidding 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. When I got to the order speaker the woman went “one minute”.. and I just laughed because I’d already waited 15 minutes to even get to the thing. Then I...pull up to the window and there are at least 3 employees literally just standing around talking and laughing. No apology for the wait. This, to me, is ridiculous and inexcusable. Not to mention I only ordered one thing (couldn’t get out of the stupid line once I got stuck) and they messed it up. Absolutely avoid this location at all costs, and McDonald’s needs to do their brand a favour and retrain this staff. Stupid.More

I need to get fast food to fit my lifestyle. I dont choose to eat it. This McDonald's honestly sucks, take it from someone qho has gone here for 15+ years. Never go here. Visited around 1pm for a quick bite before a meeting, ordered a junior chicken and got a kids burger they corrected the mistake quickly. Shortly after I noticed a couple who had been waiting awhile and were getting very frustrated and making comments to the...staff, who in return were being rude to the customer and then what looks like the manager says out loud "She called me a b@#h" customers stand at cash waiting are not impressed and neither was I. Judging by the other reviews I've read this whole store needs to be retrained.More

Salt lick for fries. Great if you like greasy food. Hamburger dripped with greasy liquid. Coffee was kind of close to fresh. Might be better choices to eat

Do not go here. You will sit in the drive thru for over 20 minutes (not joking). Last night we waited 30 minutes. The amount of money I've wasted on gas sitting in this drive thru is absurd. After last night my boyfriend and I...agreed we are never going here again. I'll drive across town before I go here, even if it is the closest one to our house. Also, every single time they forget something. Last night I got sweet and sour sauce but they forgot my chicken nuggets. The time before that, they forgot a burger, and so on... Another horrible part of last night was the fact that the fries I got were extremely soggy, to the point where I just couldn't finish them (and I always finish fries). My boyfriend's chicken snack wraps were cold and it looked like there was barely any ranch on them. A word of advice: never get an egg mcmuffin late at night. You will be severely disappointed because they are so horrible and slapped together by a bunch of employees who don't care. Just do yourself a favour and find a different McDonalds.More
