The Eggplant Parmesan is one of our favorites. We have been getting it takeout due to the current situation and it is absolutely delicious. It comes hot and flavorful with a side of Caesar salad and the awesome bread highly recommend.

My heart is broken. We went for our favourite dish, the lasagna. Big Marcos always had the best, but no longer. For whatever reason the lasagna has been changed, and not for the better. It lacked any discernable amount of meat, was loaded up with mushrooms and zucchini. the sauce was flat and it lack ricotta cheese. It was mushy and tasteless. I for one do not want mushrooms in my lasagna as most people will not like the change.
Being polite, we simply responded "good" when asked how it was. I've never been the sort of person that complains to the wait staff about what someone in the kitchen is responsible for.
We may go back again, but will never order their lasagna.
Why would they take something that was good and needed no changes and deliberately ruin it.
Please bring back the old recipe. Please!

First time not having something with their fabulous sauce. Chicken quesadilla and guest ate bocconcini and tomato salad both were nicely plated, good sized portions. Salad was very fresh with many rounds of bocconcini.
Service was good ,kitchen at little slow but overall a very good lunch.

I was told earlier today, you can feed the whole family for 20 bucks at a cheap pizza place. One problem the pizza tastes horrible. Something that is not worth skimping on is pizza. A few great tasting pieces of pizza will hit the spot.
Big Marcos pizza is worth every penny.
Try the SAN Marino Pizza, it was absolutely fantastic.
When you do an order and pick up, there is a great chance the owner is the one working the window. A quick smile and a friendly hello with a thank you for your loyalty.

We just happened to go to Big Marco's on a Wednesday evening. We where so surprised to find they where having a buffet. (Every Wednesday). They had an excellent salad bar with so many toppings, you could eat the salad alone. But you get to order a pasta dish with your choice of sauce, meat and vegetables. AND they also had a hot bar to accompany all of this with pizza, meatballs, roast chicken, vegetables and even their famous pizza bread. I can't even remember what all they had. You have to go to check it out for yourself. Please check it out. You will not be disappointed!!

Terrible food burnt pizza, burnt wings no sauce on wings. So unfortunate this was a great place to get pizza and wings in the past. With restaurants fighting to survive during this pandemic you would think they wound either step up their game or at the very least produce edible food. If you love the taste of charcoal and dirty fryer oil, and then to pay too much only to be harassed by the delivery driver for a tip, which we added to the bill and prepaid then this is the place for you.

Home made and amazing sauces. Whether a tomatoe or white sauce, spicy or mild all great dishes start there. They have nailed this. Panzerotti is a secret menu item. dipping sauce and leftovers the next day knock it out of the park.

Our go to place - especially on Wednesday with the fabulous pasta bowl special. You get to select the pasta type, sauce and options you would like in it. The servers and owners are awesome...friendly and attentive.
The meatball subs are beyond delicious! Truly enjoy this place. Authentic, yummy foods no matter what you order!

A charming strip-mall Italian restaurant that appears to have a loyal clientele. Maybe that was our problem. We were first-timers. Appetizer was cold. It took more than an hour for the pizza to arrive. We were told there was a "misunderstanding ". Stuff happens but there was never a word of apology or any sort of acknowledgment that our experience had been diminished. In retrospect, I hate myself for leaving any tip at all.

Bring back veal picata. It was the best thing on your menu. Be consistent. Sometimes they'll make it for you, other times they try and pass something else off.

I was craving authentic Italian spaghetti and meatballs so ordered same from Big Marco's through Skip the dishes --the delivery was OK but the sauce tasted like the inside of a metal can and the salad was wilted and off-tasting --I had one bite of meatball, 2 spoons of spaghetti, tasted the salad and threw it all in the garbage ---$30.00 wasted ---won't ever use Big Marco's again

Great charcuterie deal for 2, and even better bread . Big Marcos bread is addicting and so perfect . The place is well priced and you get good quality food.

I LOVE the food from Big Marco's. I'm really busy with my kids a lot so when I dont feel like cooking I have to order in instead of dining out. I love all the food that I order BUT I have been left feeling "ripped off" on a number of occasions. I order a half litre of sauce and it comes only half full. I order a half litre of dressing and over half of it is oil (which I know is not a normal ratio). The salad has been half rotten more than once. They have such good food but clearly someone controlling the food output there is sabotaging customer satisfaction. This restaurant would do so much better if they just did things properly instead of cut corners. Again, the food tastes excellent but it's just so upsetting when I get gypped.

Went for dinner recently have never been to big Marcos before...so thought we would try it instead of the other Italian place down the street..,, very disappointed in the flavouring not much spice.... soup had a layer of grease on the top and no flavouring at all ....the chicken Marsala dish that we received was also very dry and not what we expected very disappointed will probably not attend again
