Placed an order for delivery. Waited an hour then called again to inquire where my order was since this was the third time an order from them took forever to be delivered. When I told him I was advised of a 45 min delivery time...he claimed that because it was saturday night and I was near the edge of their delivery area I should be understanding. When I said my understanding goes out the window when I get cold pizza he gave me more excuses as to why they should be forgiven for taking so long. I told him to just cancel my order. He started to huff and act like I was the problem. No appology just excuses. I've ordered from this plavce many times but never again. Terrible customer service and absolutely no accuntability.More

ordered a pizza on Thursday night from south end great lakes. when I got home I found the pizza was cold over cooked. Looked like it had been sitting on the oven for hours. Had to throw it out. Never had a problem before so...i hope this was just a one time mistakeMore

My family has been a regular client of this location for a few years now. Today, June 8, we were very disappointed. We ordered our regular L-pep and L-Deluxe; the Deluxe had such a thin « crust » you couldn’t pick up a slice. Did workers stretch...a medium ball of dough to make a Large? I picked up our order and once we got home and saw what we had, I called to complain but couldn’t get through. It’s really disappointing to end a busy work day, ordering dinner for a family of 5, only to find that someone did not think it worth their time to correct their mistake before sending out an inadequate food product to a customer buying their dinner. They must be speeding the oven up to have them done quicker, because I had to throw my pizza and cheese sticks back in the oven because the dough was still raw..
