I tend to order lunch from here 2-3 times per month and it never disappoints. I am not one who typically goes for the "health" food, but I have to say the food here is amazing! I have tried most things at this point, however my personal faves are the Big Life Plate (yummy hummus, local bread, local cheese, local... More

Fresh, healthy and delicious. My favourite is the chipotle chicken unwrap salad and the harvest salad.

Been here before, but decided to take my mum in when she came to visit. We went during lunch, around 12pm so it was quite busy. Very small space but were were able to get a table after a little wait. Both of us ordered their Chipotle Chicken Unwrapped, and two juices. My mum and I both loved it. For... More

The food here never gets old- sooo delicious and I always return. I can't get enough! I constantly come here with my friends. It's our favourite place to get some great food and catch up.

This place is one of those spots in town, that will make you come back. Very basic, healthy and simple food that is not overpriced. Give it a try even if you're not vegetarian.

This is a great place for good organic and vegetarian food and drinks. It is also very affordable. But it is very busy, you may have to wait a bit for your orders.

Just working on transitioning over to, if not a vegan diet, a more healthy diet with a vegetarian leaning and this is the perfect place to learn to enjoy vegetarian dishes. It's a small and intimate setting but the food and service is excellent. The chipotle unwrapped is my early favourite and is best eaten when you don't worry about... More

Went to the Growing Season for our midday meal today! The avocado sandwich & salad were delicious! The atmosphere was wonderful with a European bistro feel, we shared a table with two other women who were lunching. Very enjoyable! Will definitely be going here again! Perhaps for a Strawberry Bliss Smoothie! Yum!

Food is simply delicious and healthy! Great option for the downtown core. The restaurant is quite small, but that is obviously the style they are going for so they can provide their customers with top quality meals. Also pick up to go is available!

This place is small. But absolutely no complaints about the food and juice bar. The living salad is on of my faves! Portions are a good size. The chicken unwrap is huge!
