We arrived about 5:30 pm, were reeted shown to our table, water was provided amost immediately, then our orders were taken by a lovely waitress I had chicken parm, but just wanted a plain breaded chicken cutlet, my order was awesome (2) cutlets), salad etc. My guest had the chicken kebabs and unfortunatly the first round the chicken was mostly fat....she let the server know they made a new one and provided her a complimentary Greek salad and the server apologized, the 2nd round of kebabs came,they were less fatty, but not sure what type of chicken they use, because truly there was stil more fat than I have ever seen on a kebab, one kebab was eaten and the other was left. We tipped our waitress because she was awesome and when dining (they) have no control over the quality of the items served.

We are a bunch of seniors who hold a class reunion every year. Everyone of my classmates and I give Siva's five stars. Great variety for the buffet and for my classmates who chose to order from the menu the portion sizes were very generous and the quality was great. Our server (maitre d') made us feel right at home. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was quick to recognize our sense of humor and joined right in. His name is Jordan and he is classy, attentive and will make you comfortable and he will accommodate you and your group with whatever you need.
The owners, Siva and Dada, are appreciative of your business and take the time to greet you in person. The restaurant exceeds what you would expect from a family restaurant in quality, cleanliness, comfort and atmosphere. I recommend that you visit this restaurant and taste the food. The restaurant will become a favorite destination that will never disappoin

We got battered mushrooms and mozzarella sticks ($10) as appetizers. They were over fried. Three out of the 6 sticks had no cheese. They serve them with salsa instead of marinara. I asked for marinara and they didn’t have any. Meatloaf ($17) didn’t look home made, was a bit weird, can’t really explain. It was not good at all. Mashed potatoes were not great. Gravy was ok. My friend had hot beef sandwich and it was just ok.
They have an all you can eat buffet which we checked out before ordering. Not much choice and it didn’t look fresh.
Generally reminded me of cafeteria food. Not sure how its #1 in Timmins. Especially since there is East Side Marios, Montanas, and a few others. Since we had never been here before we thought we’d try it. Waitress was really nice.

Cold and tasteless. All you can est dogfood and waitress adds 3 bucks to your bill without telling you for a coffee. $25 for the barfett. That's more than Mandarin in Toronto with hundreds of items on the menu. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Siva's restaurant did a phenominal job at catering for my grandmother's 80th birthday party. They were extremely responsive and informative of the process right from the beginning. Not to mention, the food was amazing! We even received additional menu items that were not discussed on our agreement so that was a wonderful surprise. Everything came perfectly packaged, hot and ready. Included was everything we needed to serve the food. Thank you for an exceptional experience.

Arrived with a large group who were in Timmins for a curling bonspiel. Our table was ready when we arrived and our waitress was friendly and efficient. The menu had great variety and there was also a full buffet. Both the buffet and a la carte diners in our group were pleased with the food, great quality and very reasonably priced. We will definitely return next time we find ourselves in Timmins.

Friday night buffet, quite a few tasty meat offerings, with the expected salads and desserts, offered us more than enough to eat our fill and then some. Almost everything was homemade, but their soups in particular were amazing! The owner came out and talked with us for a few minutes and thanked us for our patronage. Such a nice gesture from a hardworking entrepreneur.

We went out for dinner tonight after not going out for almost one year. Again, we were not disappointed. I thought it was Buffet night but it was yesterday but I still got to enjoy a Roast Beef Dinner (they have the best Roast Beef dinner). My husband had the seafood linguine with garlic bread and cesar salad...He also said it was amazing.
When we want a good dinner with no disappointments, we are sure to get it at Siva's Restaurant along with the great service. Our server (Sara?)had a beautiful smile and made sure that we were happy with our dinner. We recommend Siva's Restaurant for any occasion, from couples to a group dinner, you will be very happy with this gem of a restaurant. Siva's brother (again, I forgot his name) came to our table and thanked us for choosing them tonight and for small talk. This is a very nice touch. Thanks again for making our dinner a very nice relaxing experience.

We went to Siva's for our Valentine Dinner as we do every year. Siva always has the best variety in his Buffet...Crab legs, breaded scallops and shrimps, ribs, roast beef, ham, cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, and so much more. His pasta bar is the best in town, made in front of you with your choice of ingredients and pasta. Our server Amy was excellent. She was very friendly and courteous and smiling. I would recommend this family restaurant to anyone who would love to enjoy a nice meal with excellent service.

We were in Timmins for a hockey tournament and couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to Siva’s Family Restaurant. We brought our whole team. Everyone loved the buffet and pasta bar. The food was fresh and seasoned to perfection. There was a good selection of salads, the ham was amazing, the rice and vegetables were delicious. The ribs were mouth watering. Absolutely delicious. The buffet has something for everyone.
Do not pass up the chance to go to the pasta bar. Here is where you will get a chance to chat with Siva where he will cook the most amazing pasta, made to your liking, right in front of you. It’s diner and entertainment all packed into one.
If you’re in Timmins, stop in at Siva’s Family Restaurant for breakfast, lunch or diner.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Saw liver on the menu it was very tender and the accompanying gravy was delicious. My wife had the chicken parmigiana and she really enjoyed it. The spaghetti and tomato sauce she chose to accompany was extra good. A warning, the potions are large. Good value.

My husband Skip and I went to Siva's tonight for supper. We were greeted at the door by a fine young man and also Siva and his dear brother (sorry I don't remember his name). It was all you can eat Fish and Chips and wow, it was absolutely delicious! We had 3 pieces of fish with fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce, Our waitress Gail was amazing. She would come to out table to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Again another great dinner at Siva's Restaurant! Thank you Siva! See you soon!

One of the few good restaurants open for dine in in Timmins. Friendly and efficient service. Good choices of dishes from the menu. I recommend the cream of chicken soup, haddock and sweet potato fries. Ample free parking. Next to Timmins Mall.

First time at Siva's and there will be many more! We were spoiled with a chicken and seafood pasta that was excellent! Patio was wonderful. Well set up for Social Distancing (COVID-19 re-opening) . Great experience and friendly service. Very personal feel of a family owned business. The owner stopped and made conversation and was very welcoming.
