Waitress/Bartenders Treat you like Staff/Family. Great Food and Great Beer. Fridays You need a Reservation or you won't get a seat. First Friday of each Month is Trivia Night book ahead to reserve your table

You won't break the bank by dinning out here, and it is centrally located.

Six of us went here, after having made reservations, for a few drinks and some Pub Food. We were not disappointed in any aspect of the evening. The drinks were served quick and cold. The food was timely and hot. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was just to our liking. Yeah, the bathrooms need some work. Yes the atmosphere is old and dated, but between ourselves and the other patrons that night, well, we all needed some work and most of us were old and dated. There was no music that night which suited us just fine as the conversation at our table and throughout the pub was lively and loud. All of us had either the fish / shrimp special or the liver and onions. Good portions and not a complaint to be heard. A good selection of beers but not so much for wine, but it's a Pub! I'll definitely go back again, soon. Reservations are essential Thursday thru Saturday.

The inside has been revamped & looks nice. They get live entertainment there that is worth checking out. It's a small local pub with a great neighbourly feeling. The outside however is falling apart. Pubgrub is good as well.

Friday Fish and shrimp special are the best in town. Best kept secret! Hometown kind of atmosphere, the staff is friendly! its always packed, good wings.

Hidden gem of Timmins. Always have wonderful service and the food is incredible. Amazing burgers and even better prices. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

This place is dark, dirty and dank. They have a terrible wine selection, cold bathrooms and the decor has never been a priority. The waitress/ bartender was unfriendly . Basically I do not recommend this place

The food is unreal, beer is cold, prices are good, service is top notch. Couldn't ask for a better local pub. The atmosphere is great, the decor is dated but not a set back!

Great price and the food was fantastic. Have been a few times now and always impressed. Such a relaxing environment. I have always received great service and Ive also gotten many great reviews from friends and family. Will not be disappointed!

The Moneta was fun!
Great on tap beer and best deep fried food I've had.. not greasy and no next day regrets! Lots of locals and live entertainment on Thursday nights. Went expecting pub grub and was surprised at the quality !

Awesome wings, best darn wings in town in an old English pub style bar! Wow, besides the history this place has the best young man performing on Thursdays. Unbelievably talented and who truly loves the old songs he sings while playing any of the 4 instruments he is so adept at. Great service, great food in a relaxed and welcoming setting. My new favourite place when I'm in town!

The girl who served us was awesome, however the bartender made week drinks, and food is pretty bad. Everything is deep fried in the same basket as it all tastes the same. Can't order food after 9, so that's unfortunate as well.
