The Grill is located in the Marriott City Center and a perfect spot. We had the same server, Alex, every time. He anticipated our needs, was helpful with directions, and most of all, personable. The food was good and you could sit and watch whatever...was going on at the Blue Jays field!More

Having visited here last year , I was looking forward to returning as the food, drinks and service are brilliant… I was not disappointed… so glad to see Alex , Jana and Bobby are still working here.. And all of them a great asset to...the place. Always friendly and service with a smile … Breakfast was delicious and was nice to be greeted by a friendly smiling face(Alex). Spent a few evening at the bar where we were served by Bobby whom is very bubbly always smiling and friendly. Had the chicken wings which were very tasty and you get plenty of wings. Following evening it was lovely to see Jana again , always working very hard but still with a smile … the manager Dan is very friendly and he has a great team working for him. Keep up the good work guys. Great atmosphere and exceptional staff , plenty of variety both for breakfast and dinner.More

We have the breakfast buffet every morning. There was a slight change up in the selection each morning. The basics were still there, eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, toast and muffins. Alex was our host and very accommodating. He also gave us our space...so we could visit with our friends. In addition, he was very helpful with information about Toronto sites to see. Also enjoyed the view into Roger's stadium (Toronto Blue Jays) during our meals. Even the team was not in town, young baseball athletes were trying out in front of scouts.More

Nestled within our home away from home at the Marriott Toronto City Centre Hotel, the Sportsnet Grill provided everything we could want! Choosing from the ample breakfast buffet, or menu options to start our day, and a night cap and snack following the ball games,...was just what our party of five adults needed. The menu also provided gluten free options. Every member of the staff was pleasant, accommodating, and treated us with such care. The standout was our daily breakfast host, Alex, who is professional, efficient, and friendly. He cared for us like family that he loves!More

He took care of us in was I forgot were possible....Service like his is hard to come by now a days. He was an absolute pleasure, service like his plus the great tasting food here. Will bring us back for more than just a Ball game.More

We had tickets to the Blue Jays game and decided to make a night of it and booked a room in the Marriott which adjoins the Rogers Centre. Sportsnet Grill is the on-site restaurant and it has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the field so we booked...a table. When we booked, we used Open Table and the only time available was 3:45 and no window seat but we took it anyway. When we arrived at the restaurant at 3:45, the hostess offered to get us a window seat if we waited 15 minutes. Well, of course we happily agreed, and it was well worth waiting for. We were seated right next to the centre window with an incredible view of all the baseball stars out practicing before the game! Our server was prompt to take drink orders and despite it being extremely busy, our drinks came out fast. We ordered Korean Cauliflower bites as an appetizer and it was delicious! Very unique flavour and very crispy! Our mains came and looked amazing. We ordered a cheeseburger with Caesar salad and a “Nashville Chicken sandwich” with fries and both dishes tasted great. The whole experience was very high-end. We felt very special to get to see the batting practice eating such an incredible meal in such a beautiful atmosphere in a luxurious hotel. Highly recommend!!More

I was staying for two nights at the hotel and on the first morning I had the experience of being served breakfeast perfectly by Alex. What a mistake! He spoiled me. He was extremely attentive. To refill my drinks, check if my meal was satisfactory....Even when I sent back my entree for an egg correction he was extremely supportive, attentive and professional. He has a pleasant personality that can easily handle my sorry sense of humour. What a great way to start my day with perfection. The only reason I was disappointed on the second day. I was sat in someone else's section. What a mistake. The experience was a disappointment. I learned my lesson so when I come back and I will be I will ask to be seated in Alex's section. He should be training the other servers.More

Alex was our server and he was amazing! Very friendly, making sure we are taken care of! It wasn’t like the insincere check ins either, he was very friendly and funny and actually cared how our experience was! Definitely ask for Alex when you go!!

We stumbled upon Sportsnet Bar & Grill when some of our friends were staying at the Marriott. The view of the field at Rogers Centre is phenomenal. What a great Blue Jays fan hack! We were in town for a couple of games but ended...up seeing 2 extra games from the restaurant! On top of the location, the food was delicious, we tried many things on the menu and we were not disappointed! Bobby was an awesome server, he was engaging and attentive. Lady Rose was so helpful with not only getting us in the first night but getting us a great table for the second night. Would absolutely go back here if we end up in Toronto again!More

Our dining experience was elevated by the kindness and warm hospitality of our host Alex. He provided a quick solution of club soda when my cousin had a spill on her blouse.
