Dined here with friends. It is at center of Greektown. They had great deals for us that night. The food was excellent. Fresh salmon and herbs. The drinks were well mixed and the service was very attentive. It can get loud after 11 but overall I liked it here.

Purchased a travel zoo dinner voucher for two. Arrived on a Wed.Nov.6th at 8:00p.m. There were only 2 waiters for the entire restaurant (one for the front room and one for the back room). The restaurant is large. Our drinks were served promptly and we ordered our dinner when our drinks were delivered. Our appetizers (cold salads) were served 1.25... More

This place confused me. The host waiters etc were so nice, but there atmosphere and food was like a cardboard cut out of how things are supposed to look.... In a magazine. No warmth. It felt like a movie set not a local cozy restaurant. And please man, this is Toronto we drink 'real' cocktails here.

Mediocre food and service... Washrooms stinks. Many strange faces around... The music gets too loud when it transforms to a club. There was no dj around, just a set that they downloaded from the net...

We stumbled upon this place years ago, and have always been pleasantly surprised by both the food and service. It's really more of a club, but we have had several, very good dinners there over the years before the club scene takes hold. The sweet potato fries are among the best I've ever had! Worth a try for something not-Greek... More

Had an awesome evening out with a friend. The food and service were amazing! We enjoyed martinis, oysters, calamari; I had the steak dinner and she had the braised ribs. Everything was to die for! Definitely check this place out!

Out on the Danforth for an event and was looking for something not Greek....I know then why go to the Danforth. This restaurant was really good! The service was bang on. Our table had most of the appetizers and split everything so we all had a taste of each item. Sweet Potato Frites, as you would expect... Chorizo Meatballs...really different.... More

I uses to frequent this venue often and have always had a good time. I hadnt been there in awhile so I went this past weekend to meet a small group that had gone for a birthday dinner. OH MY GOD! WOW. They have completely re-invented the front of the building and opened it up with a patio. It looks... More

I went to this place for a comedy show that showcased Mr.Panos (Yannis Pappas) and Manolis Zontanos. Tickets were $85 per person and it included a decent meal. Nice venue, clean, service was good, lots of seating. Meal seemed pricy for what you got but it was of good quality - steak and veggies. Portions were small for my taste,... More

5 for dinner on sat. night. Really inexperienced staff (eg. taking dirty cutlery off the plates she was removing and putting them on the linen table - to keep and use again - didn't know the menu - didn't ask about the food..) The food was highly disappointing, med-rare steak was med-well but tasted like stagnant blood - nice huh... More

Staying in East End

Neighbourhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
