We eat here several times per year when we get a chance. We recently visited and they have instituted some major changes to cope with the pandemic - you order through a window on the Dundas side of the restaurant and pick up through another...window within the mall - using the entrance slightly to the west. The food was still hot and tasty. We ordered the green onion pancake, the pan fried mini soup dumplings, the pan fried juicy buns and the cumin deep fried chickenMore

They're really serious about their responsibility in social distancing. Orders are taken at a small window on the Dundas side and food is collected at the entrance within the mall, which is presently separated from the mall itself, so there's no mingling with mall patrons....Food took awhile even with few customers but the usual quality of the dumplings made up for it. Just want to acknowledge their effort in social distancing.More

I agree with the reviews that say the food is decent but atmosphere is sketchy. tables and floors were dirty. Condement area not clean with several empty bottles. I tried all their dumplings and they we're fine. far from excellent, the skins are just too...thick for the small morsels. I liked the pan fried pork XLB the best and ate a total of 15 dumplings. I'm trying another dumplings house tonight before I leave Toronto for home.More

Great hole in the wall. Tried 3 dumplings and the pancake - all excellent. Good prices and prepared quickly. Worth the trip!

Went here for a quick bite with a friend. The place wasn’t super clean and not a welcoming atmosphere. Dumplings tasted ok but you definitely get what you pay for.

Sign on Window says “Toronto must try”... but it really isn’t Ambiance: 0/5 - Dumpy place, in a dumpy mall Service: 3/5 - Friendly Food: 2/5 - Cold dumplings, makes you wish you stayed home and warmed up frozen dumplings Price: 4/5 - Cheap... but...it is cheap food. Try something else.More

Easy to order food in this restaurant. There are clear signs with price and picture of the food. Even non Chinese can order food smoothly. Plus credit cards are accepted. This makes the business transition easy and trustworthy. It is a new way of doing...business in an old stubborn town. Their management is more like in MacDonald. It definitely attracted lots of customers! Good for them!More

I love soup dumplings and a good deal. Both can be found at Juicy Dumpling. I have eaten my way around downtown Toronto, and this is on my regular list. Without a doubt, I take all my visiting friends and family here for an amazing...eating experience.More

Menu limited. So go here if you’re in the mood for dumplings. Food hot and fresh. They get very busy and seating is limited. Beware when you bite into the dumplings, as the juices tend to squirt out.

This place is busy because the sell good product at a good price. The pork soup dumplings had a good mix of broth and meat. The customers were stacked up and they kept things moving. We also had the seasme balls with black bean filling....They are a little smaller, but we got 5 that were fresh and hot. Crispy outside, loaded with sesame seeds, softninside with good black bean paste. Really impresses d us with those.More
