This is appropriately billed as a gastro pub with a small, comfortable bar with a friendly clientele presided over by genial host John Oakes. He is supported by a welcoming bar staff one if whom has tales to tell concerning her extensive world travels. there...More

We were part of a group which had reserved a lunch at this restaurant. The outside looks like a personal residence, while the inside is casual and pub-like. The menu is also very much pub style food for the most part, with some variety in...More

This was my first visit to this attractive pub/restaurant. The owner also runs the Belsize Public House on Mt Pleasant, one of my favourites so I was full of anticipation. I was not disappointed. My 3 companions and I all agreed that the food was...More

This place is filled with locals from the neighbourhood which gives it a nice atmosphere. The food is fine but not exceptional. The salmon tacos were tasty bit not original. The beer selection is very good.

We watched the NFL playoff game upstairs at the Harbord House - the bottom floor is oriented toward food service while the top floor is for great craft beer, talking, and meeting fiends. We watched the afternoon game, chatted with the people, had a snack...More

This restaurant is a great place to have a beer. They admit that only popular cocktails can be made but nothing exotic. The bar has an old London pub feel and has some great beers to drink. I would think twice before eating the food....More

for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip

flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities,
with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to
