The food and service is good but its way too expensive. Don't go there if you have a small apetite. You need to eat alot if you dont want to feel riped off. But if you love meat and eat alot, this place is for...you.More

2 Reviews in one. 1st visit with group of 8 (Oct 2019) If visiting with a group I recommend requesting the area across from the bar either on the floor or raised level. The servers can see you better for needs and it's more intimate...space where you'll be able to hear everyone in your party and still have access to the appetiser buffet and be able to see the dancers if you go for the show on Friday or Saturday night (Not amazing but fun to watch and get up and dance). 2nd visit with family (Feb 2020) If dining as a couple or 2 people I recommend requesting the floor area in the main room so your not lost in a mix of tables on the raised areas of the main room. The servers can see you better for needs and you can easily single for the food you would like. The food is made and served so fresh don't expect certain cuts to come by regularly. for instance if you want Salmon tell your server once you have your dining plates and they will make sure the next batch gets to you. Everything tastes incredible, you don't understand until you've tried it. I skipped all the chicken and pork and stuck to salmon and beef but I was told everything was great. If you go in knowing your Beef preferences you'll know which pieces to grab the most of when it comes. Save room for the pineapple at the end it's heaven take you time eating they keep it coming fresh all night. Lastly coming from a person who once worked in the service industry please tip at least 18% for these guys you will see they deserve it and tips are split amongst all levels of staff.More

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WINTERLICIOUS!! I went here recently for winterlicious dinner with my friends. There were 4 of us. I was appalled when we got the bill and our server said gratuity is included because it is Winterlicious. It was 20%!!!! This is...disgusting. I didn't say anything on the spot because I didnt know how to say it nicely. $43 +$8=51. Regular menu is $55. I mean this is a scam. The overall experience was not superb that it deserved 20%. I mean, they went around with the meat on a stick like what they are supposed to do. The only "special" thing we received was when we asked one of the servers if they are going to refill the shrimp and mussels on the salad bar. He came back out with a bowl of tiger shrimps and put it on our table. I thought that was nice but it was around 9pm and I understand if they do not want to put out more food on the salad bar.I was very excited but the shrimp was super salty. We only ate maybe 4/10. The meat was ok. We had limited selection because of winterlicious. Our favourite thing was that deep fried banana covered in bread crumbs.More

This restaurant reminded me most of a cruise ship buffet or an all-inclusive Caribbean resort, and not a good kind. Same glut of average food, same kind of suburban, middlebrow, often overweight crowd, similar cheesy entertainment (though guitarist/singer and the Carnival costume-clad dancers were very,...very enthusiastic, and it's not their fault that the place stinks). On top of everything, we had to wait half an hour to be seated even though we had a reservation. When the promised all-you-can-eat meat did arrive, it was overwhelmingly salty and kinda hit or miss - some tender and tasty, some burned and dry. Cuts are often tiny enough that you have to ask for seconds. We got completely ripped off on a bottle of Chianti that retails for $18 at the LCBO. So if you are into this kind of thing, then by all means, enjoy. But if you are a discerning restaurant patron, steer the hell clear of it. There are much, much better choices for what you'd pay here.More

Never again. Toronto is full of absolutely fantastic restaurants. This is not one of them. We arrived 10 minutes BEFORE our reservation at 8:15. We were seated 20 minutes AFTER at 8:35 meaning we waited 30 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations....By then, my husband and son were starving and hangry. The salad bar was ok, no better than your supermarket Longos or Metro store. The meat was way, way, way oversalted, the ribs were excruciatingly dry, the pieces offered were literally one forkful of beef or lamb at a time. We ordered a bottle of wine with dinner which the serving staff poured exactly once, and then we were on our own. But, they were never far with endless jugs of water since clearly the goal was to have you eat miniscule portions of supersalty meat and then fill up on water to end your meal as quickly as possible. The bill for three of us (3 Winterlicious and one bottle of wine) came to $252.10 with tax and tip for execrable service. When I think of the kind of food, drink, and service that would have bought us elsewhere, I'm sick with regret. This is terrible value for money and I will never set foot in this place again.More

I made a reservation online for 2 for New Year’s Eve and on the morning of received an email and call that it was cancelled. When I spoke to the assistant manager I was told that their online system has issues and she would try...to accommodate us but in the end couldn’t. Now I have nowhere to go for New Year’s Eve/ my birthday dinner. Extremely disappointing.More

This is a cool place to eat! The buffet portion of the food was ok and average. However, the meat servers were fast, friendly and the meat was delicious! I would recommend this place to try for something new.

This place is definitely worth checking out if you have never been. It is fairly priced for what it is which is nice. The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the muscles/clams seemed underdone or possible were just being rewarmed from...frozen. They were definitely cool to the touch and did not have the right texture. They had just been put out into the warmer tray so maybe after a while in there they are hot and less “mushy”? The shrimp were good! The meats were all very good and service was ok. The meat waiters were excellent and always around with swords of tasty lamb, steak, chicken and more! Our waitress seemed to be arguing with other staff and disappeared for periods of time. At the last minute I have decided to give 4 stars instead of three because it really is worth going and our experience was overall very positive.More

we went as a party of 6 for a birthday which included a few Brazilians and my Brazilian wife. I lived in Rio de Janeiro for 4 years so I know my meat and churrascos. The food was incredible, cooked to liking. A large selection...of incredible cuts of meat and the salad bar was extensive too. Very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity consumed. will definitely return. 5* to Goran and all the staff for an incredible night. Thank you.More

Didn't think to make reservations on a Saturday night in Toronto, and found ourselves trying to figure out where to go. Used the Bookenda website to find possible openings, and came across this brazilian steakhouse with great reviews, so decided to give it a shot......We arrived right on time at 9:00 PM and were greeted promptly and shown to our seat. The host explained how the restaurant worked...Help yourself to the salad bar, and they would bring out the meat...Firstly, the salad bar had a great selection. My son was particularly impressed with the stuffed grape leaves, while I loved the tomato and mozzarella salad. We had just about finished the salad, when we were brought a nice dish of three items...Rice and beans, french fries and deep fried plantanes. The plantanes and rice and beans were amazing! The french fried were hot and crispy. Then the feature of the evening. Meat, meat, and more meat! The parmesan-crusted pork was simply amazing, the sausage, the bacon wrapped sirloin, chicken, the spiced flank...Apparently they have well over 20 varieties of meat options, I think we made a dent with about 9-10 different kinds! And they were happy to bring me another fried plantane while my son enjoyed the brown sugar grilled pineapple. The drinks were also fantastic. I had the fresh orange/lime juice with vodka instead of tequila, my son had the old fashioned. Would love to know where they got the cool glassware! Oh and they also had a wonderful guitarist/singer along with dancing, so the atmosphere was top notched too! We will definitely go back the next time we are in Toronto! Thanks for such a great evening!More
