4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

We were looking for a restaurant with a varied menu for our 12 year old son and decided to try JOEY. The food was quite good, including the chicken sandwich, roast beef sandwich and the Farmhouse Salad, which I thought was one of the best salads I have had in a long time at a restaurant! The wine list was... More

For vegetarians out there, JOEY has to have the best vegetarian burger ever. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff are friendly and the portions are very large.

Probably one of the best Joey's restaurants i have been to Canada. All staff were really friendly, especially our server Stefan. Fish Taco's are an ABSOLUTE MUST! They were recommended by Stefan and i was not disappointed. Recently living in Mexico i'd have to say one of the best i've ever tasted. The flavours were to die for, well done... More

I love this location. It's conveniently located next to the Eaton centre and is a large location. It tends to get super busy especially later during the week and the wait times tend to get really long so it's wise to make reservations well in advance to avoid waiting an hour to get a seat. The fettuccine Alfredo is so... More

Went here for lunch with a friend and our server was so friendly. I had the yellow fin salad and my friend had the ahi tuna club. The food was excellent. I would return for dinner with my boyfriend.

We enjoyed our very different lunch in this very popular Toronto restaurant where the service is good. The food was hot and tasty, house wine was good but maybe a bit on the pricey side

While checking out the Christmas decorations around town and the windows at Saks, we decided to pop into Joey's. Best decision ever. I'm familiar with their menu and the food is always amazing. But what set this visit apart from previous times was our server, Mac. He was very cool. Very Friendly. And got along very well with our two... More

What a wonderful all around experience from the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed. That feeling continues throughout the dining experience. The restaurant is very nice. The staff is amazing. The food is outstanding. Everything we ordered was perfect. Our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable. A perfect place to go prior to a show.

Description
Upscale casual, downtown Toronto. The first JOEY to hit the streets of downtown Toronto. Located just off Yonge on Dundas, this place is a work of art - exposed brick walls, open-air dining, crazy custom lighting and the Enomatic wine system. We could go on, but you should come and see it for yourself.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
