Our favorite place for burgers and fries. Juicy meat, large burger, lots of free toppings! Awesome! Highly recommended.

One member of our group really likes the burgers at this place. I found the place is average compared to other places. The customer services really lacks. We were there on the weekend at opening. The guy took the order. We sat outside and the...same guy was suppose to be setting up an umbrella for shade against the sun. The order had to be corrected and he didn't set up the umbrella even thought we asked twice.More

Twice now and incorrect order We have ordered burgers and fries via uber and so far both times my order has been incorrect Not sure if the cooks require prescription glasses but twice now come on If your lucky enough to get your order right...the burgers are good I really don’t like giving negative reviews but I tried to call several times each time getting g a voicemail with a full mailbox! The poutine is excellent and copius. The burgers are also very good and smoky. Great selection of burgers. Staff is friendly.

The taste of the burgers and gravy here is amazing. Large fries is more then enough for 2 people and the 7oz burger is huge. Bun was fresh and there is a long list of (free!) toppings and condiments. Poutine has lots of cheese curds...with that smokey gravy. Splurge for the bacon - worth it. Love the mayo selection, especially the garlic and the chipotle.More

Bad service. They get your order wrong and then yell at you for it. The food is way over priced for what you get.

stopped with my son, we were in TO area for 2 weeks holidays. ordered two burgers and 1 small fry which was far from small. Both burgers were excellent, big and juicy with a great bun, soft enough and yet didn't fall apart. excellent toppings....Better that 5 guys, better than hero. hope they open next location in Vancouver.More

Ordered Bistro & California burgers & Onion rings to go... both burgers were missing toppings and tasted very bland... this surprised us because we had eaten here previously and enjoyed the food… maybe it could be attributed to the new person being trained on the...grill?More

We went at lunch on a Tuesday and arrived fairly early. Burgers are cooked to order so plan accordingly. We ordered a classic burger, Alpine burger, a large poutine and 2 pop. It was expensive considering... First the restaurant was quite cold - upon receiving...our order, the poutine quickly cooled leaving it unappetizing. The food looked wonderful - it just never delivered in taste. The portion sizes are decent with the large basket of poutine definitely being enough for 2 people but the gravy was lacking in any taste and the cheese curds weren’t fresh. The burger was over-cooked and the beef had no flavour (frozen patties?) but at least the toppings were fresh. We left part of our meal uneaten... We may try the other location in the hopes that the taste lives up to the look.More

We went for lunch and just beat the lunch crowd. There was a wait for the food, but I would consider it reasonable for fresh made food. The firewood piles are visible in the store. The specialty burgers were huge and tasty with fresh toppings...added at your request. The fries were excellent fresh cut in store.More

We knew Woodys was a destination on Lakeshore for burgers and cruising so we went and ordered two burgers and sat on their patio to enjoy them. I ordered the Gorgonzola stuffed burger 🍔 and it was dripping with cheese. I loved it. We went...a second time it was so good and got the fries that time. They were great and very crispy. They gave us free gravy even.More
