My husband and I visited Gabby's on Kingston Road on a visit to Toronto. We had good service and the best ribs and wings we had experienced in both Canada and the USA. It was so good we have eaten there on 3 occasions.

I had been to this baby's a while back after spending time in the beach with a few friends. Their fish tacos were so good, I drove back down here to have more. Ended up eating fish and chips instead however the fish tacos will bring me back again!!

Good thin crust pizzas. Three bought for varying tastes and all given the thumbs up. Not overly expensive either!

Me and my husBAND ventured in for lunch on Saturday looking for a cool (physically cool) spot to regroup in. We were the only ones sitting inside, but were treated to friendly and efficient service none the less. The food was just very average and they didn't have a giant range of liquors to choose from. We had our 1... More

Description
Welcome to Gabby's, a Canadian restaurant/bar chain with a strong focus on great quality, mainstream casual food at affordable prices. Proudly Serving Neighbourhoods for 22 years! Gabby's was founded in 1989 by a local Toronto based family. Situated on Yonge Street, north of Lawrence Avenue in the heart of a populated upper-middle-class neighbourhood, the concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have great conversations, served quality freshly cooked meals and offered great draft beer and spirit selections. After more then two decades of fine-tuning, product development, and loads of hard work, we have what you see today. As of 2012, we have eighteen locations (15 under the banner name Gabby's) We currently serve over 35,000 customers a week. Today, we still offer a stimulating atmosphere with lots of conversation pieces on the walls and serve excellent quality, fresh cooked meals. We are defined as a main stream casual dining restaurant with an integrated sports bar area that caters to the community and local businesses. We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment by staff and owners that truly enjoy their job.

Staying in East End

Neighbourhood Profile
East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that team up to make this district one of the most multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets, tree-lined and bursting at the seams with affluence, often sport farmers markets and street artists, epitomized by the effusive St. Lawrence Market. One of the most gorgeous of Toronto's neighborhoods, it also straddles Lake Ontario in an area called The Beach, where you'll find folks cycling and strolling along the sandy shorelines, getting some sun or enjoying shopping, dining, and pub options. For some fabulous food, the vivacious personalities running the restaurants in the East End's Greektown is only equaled by the fun and authenticity of the street stalls and restaurants at its expansive Indian Bazaar. 'Something for everyone' has never been so accurate.
